As an Arsenal fan, I have to say that this guy has come in to English football and is doing a great job so far. He also appears to be an intelligent and kind human being.
He's well versed with knowledge.. He's CLEAR of Arteta for sure
Hey I'm a City fan btw
Just expressing views, it's democracy era
Exactly - I really like this guy. My brother is a Celtic fan and told me to get ready to hate how much I love Ange. And he’s right.
Class act tbf. Down to earth aussie. Spurs lucky to have him.
@@eL--RaLnot a chance also you have probably been supporting city for 2 years.
@@eL--RaLThe fact you had to drag Arteta to even praise this bloke speaks volumes. Thank you, mate.
I love this guy, he's a breath of fresh air. People are human not robots
Still have to perform at work. That's the bottom line.

As a United fan, this man is a breath of fresh air. I sincerely hope he does well at Tottenham, the game needs more characters like this.

Absolute legend in the making. Never thought I would say it but Spurs done well getting him, club has turned a corner and everybody can see it.
What corner is that? They’ve played 4 games 😂
Its early days
Steady on, it's been 4 games. Everyone said they turned a corner when they got in proven winners like Mourinho and conte. How did that turn out btw?
@@deeray4637cup final and got sacked a couple days before and top 4 with a team that finished 8th the year after. Not too bad
@danieloverton9545 and won nothing, despite both managers being serial winners, and winning silverware at every team they've been at.
The most relatable and down to earth manager in premier league history.
He is a true example of how most folks used to be here in Australia. Still examples of his kind here, especially compared to most other western nations, but his type are an endangered species.
@@McPilch well said.
He's been here 5 minutes dude - as good as he seems, it's WAY too early for that accolade. He not at Ranieri's level yet. Or Redknapp's. In fact there are a few - but football fans are fickle.
@@McPilchI think the vast majority of us are still like this… it’s only a loud minority who use outrage to generate click bait that aren’t down to the earth like the rest of us.
100% really like the guy he talks sense and hasn’t got his head in the clouds.
No matter what happens at Spurs this season, I’m just glad he’s here
Man has natural charisma.
Cheers
Damn right, he’s made us feel good to support this club again
As a Psychotherapist (and a Spurs fan) its brilliant to see our manager highlight this. There is a bizarre expectation that footballers and athletes are somehow superhuman and immune to difficult emotions, thoughts, behaviours and life events. Money and fame will never cover up the fact that at the core of it, we are all human and the experience of living is tough. Life can be beautiful sometimes, but it can also be pretty horrible. Acceptance of that brings contentment…but athletes who are born winners aren’t very good at accepting less than perfect. Add pressure to perform to that and if anything, athletes are probably more unhappy than your everyday person you meet in the street. A lot of athletes have also come from difficult upbringings too which is what drove them to find a way out.
You have to understand 90% of football fans are thickos
Very well said. Tyson Fury’s story is a prime example and he’s also a fantastic ambassador for mens mental health.
Look at Richalrison for example, clearly something was bothering him outside of the game and Ange understood that, and took some pressure off him. It’s great management
What puzzles me is if this isnt ABC for every coach at such high level. But when you see United, i have to Wonder about the people working there.. Ole had a good run Thanks to his humanity, but fell thru because the job was to big for him in the long run. Ten hag seems to me like he lacks the humanity, and thats why he will be replaced within next season, thats my prediction.
This vid will be one of those inspirational speeches in years to come.
was just thinking this
I don’t think I have ever seen a manager bring opposing fans together in the comments of his interviews as this guy has, yes he is a breath of fresh air to the league and he seems to not only get football, but also understand what life is….big up to Ange the man.
It's great to see supporters from other clubs admiring what Ange has done so far & the way he is doing it.
This is one of the best things I have ever heard a manager say.
What a legend! Im half Australian/Japanese. Im used to following Japanese players and where they do their work because my main interest is the Japan National team.
But never have i found myself supporting teams just cause the manager. Yet when he went to Yokohama he did something incredible, then at Celtic he does the same.
The testimony and support this guy has from Celtic supporters even though he left is magnificent.
Ange, we miss you up the road. And we're wishing you every success 🍀

Down to earth because he's down under!!
Such a refreshing honesty in all of his press conferences. Not the typical cookie cutter rubbish and blaming the referees every week; and he has a great sense of humour.
This guy is an absolute breath of fresh air 👏
Finding it really difficult to not like a Spurs manager!
He really is a breath of fresh air this season. Really starting to respect him plenty.
Arsenal fan here and I really like this guy as a manager and Bloke
Spurs have found their Klopp. Charismatic, grounded and refreshingly free of bullshit.
Klopp is a bit of a cracker but. Ange is grounded. Wish he was managing my team!

You say that as we Liverpool fans think hmmm.. He'll do just fine after klopp of he does well
So glad to see the big man getting the love down south he deserves. Guy is just a legend wish him all the best 💚🍀

I’m a Chelsea fan but this man is such a great addition to the league. Absolute legend already.
Crazy how many people regardless of who they support like this guy. Genuinely can't remember a manager who's received that kind of respect
There are people who just support Ange and support the teams where ever he goes. I have been supporting him since he coached Melbourne Victory and then our national team, then got a subscription to watch Yokohama then Celtic now Spurs. I’ve never had a premier league team as not from England but now I’m so invested and that is because of Ange! Loving the quality of this league and how Angeball is dominating!
He's said everything I wanted to say to fans for years. More care and more support is needed.
Ange is the personality we needed in English football he's so down to earth and understanding and always says the right thing , he's humbled and honest and he will be a big name in football and management soon for sure just because of how genuine he is 👏

The majorities of my depression’s anxiety and unhappiness is due to becoming a Spurs supporter back around 1970, yes I’ve had good times but they are far outweighed by the bad or even the embarrassing, but this manager is a shining light for us all, if he stays the course or not he has my support and I am glad to say he managed my club.

A fan wishing success on a rival club? The premier league is full of fake plastic fans.
Seems like a good guy but I won't give credit to spurs or him until he leaves them
I love this guy. What a manager and a genuine person. Looking forward to the game tomorrow from a blade ⚔️❤️
Oh no mate oh no
He's not changed. If you have followed the bloke as I have, nothing he says really differs. Working class attitude will a huge dollop of humility and 'fair dinkumness' as we say down under.
Just hope he's supported when things don't go as smoothly as they are now. His character has been on display..............hope Spurs and their fans show as much when he needs their backing!
Can’t speak for all Tottenham fans, but I’m willing to back him for a long damn time, the job he walked into looked absolutely impossible
A team absolutely broken with no spirit or direction. We literally sold our best player 2 days before the start of the season, and our 2nd best player (Bentancur) was out with an ACL
The way he’s handled everything has been top class, and the team has really responded to him, and fought hard to get him those early results
We definitely have to give him time, but he has one advantage on his side. When it comes to Spurs, play entertaining football, and the fans will always back you
As a Rangers fan, he was one of those managers you just couldn’t dislike even when he was at Celtic. Seems like a really good down to earth guy
Everyone is affected by mental health no matter what situation they are in. Highs and lows for all of us. Got to try and support our players when we see the effort even if it doesn’t end in the way we want.
What a dude. I'm so happy he's in this league.
Ange is a legend everywhere he goes

As a Chelsea fan, I hate that I admire a Spurs manager so much. Not just a top manager, but also a top bloke too.
Your club should have picked him up before Tottenham did
@@chrishalious8194
Let’s be real they’d have sacked him after 2-3 weeks. There’s no way he’d put up with selling prospects and the transfer hullapalooza at Stamford Bridge
Man the Tottenham players must have gotten whiplash from the pure 180 in attitude from the manager compared to last year
I miss this guy so much at Celtic. So much more than just a great coach. A great human being and man manager.
Remember seeing him playing under Puskas at South Melbourne 30 odd years ago, it's just so great to see the rise of this bloke. It's all about hard work with Ange, not relying upon reputation.
It's only five games in, but I like this guy. Names the first ever Asian Premier League Captain, unbeaten start to the season, and brings up mental health like this...respect to Ange
what was his other choices? Hardly ground breaking just because he’s asian makes no difference it’s hardly a milestone . Plus as above he had 1 person to choose from .
Leftists are obsessed with race.
No wonder the teams started well if he’s getting messages like this across to the players they’ll respect him with respect for the coach you win games.I’m an aussie & a mad Liverpool fan but ang is brilliant.
This Guy has it all Humour Personality and Humbleness and Passion and Last but not Least UNDERSTANDS MENTAL HEALTH ❤
Wasn’t a few months ago people slagging him off, not good enough etc look at everybody now! Hail hail
Giving perspective from the outside looking in with a level of realism in the mix.
Players are put on pedestals and some do not know how to handle the situation. With a manager like this , feet would stay firmly on the ground...!!!!

Just amazing how by being honest, empathetic and not talking in cliches he is giving the best press conferences in the game.

Every time Ange speaks, I’m more impressed.
What a legend. Simple. Proper genuine balanced bloke. Love him
Geeez as a Gooner I have to say you gotta love Ange
We just can't love Ange. He's an example of “come to speak to me if something is wrong.” he's such a humble guy and an intelligent gentleman 🎩
Plenty of people don't seem to grasp that footballers are humans too. The amount of times I've heard "if I was on 100/200/300 grand a week... etc etc"
Life isn't that simple.
💯
I mean it is, it's called perspective. You look around the situation you are in and think about others being in a lot worse situations and then your situation doesn't really seem that bad. They are living a lot of peoples dreams.
@@ItsOctoberr That doesn't make them immune to mental health issues. People less fortunate than I would probably look at my life and think I'm living the dream. By that logic I have nothing to complain about when I feel aggrieved or inconvenienced by something. Yes, footballers are vastly overpaid but that's the industry they're in. That doesn't justify the amount of abuse that gets hurled at them.
Can’t say a bad word about this man. Straight talker No beating around the bush
Always thankful for everything he did for us 🍀
Miss you Ange :(. HH!
As a Liverpool fan I’d be worried about going up against Spurs, with the football they have played so far is a joy to watch and they can honestly beat anyone in the premier league even Man City so I’d be watching out for them big time
Very impressive chap. Good luck to him.
In my eyes being a celebrity just magnifies it because millions of eye's are on you with their judgements so there's added pressures.
I am a rangers fan, and this guy is a top guy. Actually support him in any club hes at going forward. Top man, top coach.
Ange is a proper manager that is down to earth and is empathetic with the players . He knows and relates to humans .
Life is tough, well said Boss
What a guy chats so much sense and it is so true what he is saying they are only human at the end of the day and have feelings like the rest of us. Love the way he wants his team to play the game can tell the spurs players are buying into it and why wouldn’t they he has there back the kind of manager you would play your heart out for. Credit where it’s due coming from a Leeds fan 😮.
He's the Aussie Klopp. Or, Jurgen is the Aussie Ange!
Either way, as a Liverpool supporter who has watched countless pressers and interviews of Klopp (those who badmouth Klopp have no idea of the type of guy he really is) and as an Aussie who has seen first hand examples of the Aussie Spirit, both my earlier statements are said with massive respect to both managers.
We need these types as leaders of society, not just of football clubs. Sadly, the political arena rarely allows such people in.
Such lovely words from this man.
What a wise man!
Well said, Ange seems like a top bloke.
Great analysis. ❤
What a guy. United fan but have so much respect for this guy as a human being and manager.
I’ve always mocked Spurs but have to admit in Ange they have a man that’s a credit to football, society and the football is a joy to watch. Very envious.
I’m so glad he’s doing well. What a guy.
