Today, on a day I consider to be the first day of the 5th lifetime within a lifetime that I live and I only heard this piece by you at 5ish pm in Oz.
Lionel recorded and released one is the most I influential pieces of pop history with All Night Long at a time when I was just beginning to find out who I am and I couldn't think of a better anthem for that period of my life.
I'm 58, I'm a child of Disco, I'm an HIV+ survivor of a war still being carried out against my community and you are bringing together the best kind of "army" (yeah, I hate it too) to push back this last gasp of the 19th & 20th Century "old guard" that have always tried and always failed to hold back the human spirit.

    Jacob,
I am a musician, keyboardist, pianist and music producer with visual impairment here in Brazil. I came to your channel on the recommendation of my music teacher, who spoke very well of you.
What spectacular ideas of arrangement, my friend!
    What a beautiful thing.
    You’re literally a genius.
He managed to make a sensational arrangement at the height of the song.
You are living proof of how it is possible to be creative and listen to songs like this (known) in a different and fun way.
I vibrated a lot at the moment the solo of metals, piano and bass appears. It gave me a pleasant feeling of joy, happiness, ecstasy....
    Very good indeed, fantastic!
And those "take 6" voices? Just great.
I’m still looking for decent samples of voices like that for my keyboard.
Who knows, all of a sudden, we’re partnering to create a realistic take 6 sample with expressive joints like vibratos, etc.
Already imagining the next arrangement for the song "Cidade Maravilhosa" (anthem of the city of Rio de Janeiro) in Jazz... :)
All the success in the world for you. I’ve become your fan!

Mozart was not a genius because he could play instruments at the age of 5, but because of his own original melodies. He wrote 600 original pieces that will never be forgotten. Jacob is an extraordinary musician but he’s not pushing the music scene further, he is recreating songs with advanced arrangements, but I cannot think of one song of his that could be called as a genius melody that will never be forgotten. You don’t have to be a genius to do genius music. I hope He realises that soon and starts doing something original and innovative.

My favourite part is when he "forgets" what song he's playing and dives into a Jackson 5 classic. Throwing that in was easy enough, but the "save" when he leads it back to the song he's supposed to be reversing through the circle of fifths is pure joy.

I’m sure that the sheer talent and musical imagination of this man is probably way beyond the understanding of even the most accomplished musicians on earth, yet the thing about Jacob’s music is that the SHEER JOY he brings with it is accessible to EVERYONE - and utterly infectious! And then - as if that were not enough on its own - his incredible skill as a video editor/imagineer adds yet another DAZZLING dimension to his ability to communicate with all our sensibilities. For me, this rare and precious combination of mind-boggling skills makes Jacob’s astonishing arrangement/performance of “All night long” the closest thing to the definition of UNBRIDLED MUSICAL ELATION imaginable… Everyone - just FEEL the joy!
