C4ETech I tried to install CWM on my Xperia Z after rooting with EasyRoot. It seems that when I boot up and press the up volume of my device, it just changes the LED color and no boot screen is loaded. Just a bright blank screen and then the LED turns off. Is there something wrong with what I did? Should I re-root just to be safe? Hoping for your reply! Also to others who've experienced this, please share your thoughts! Thanks!

i get to service tests and display menu but nothing happens after that i left it on all last night on the service menu still nothing please help its just on the display test and its staying there, i tried every method even manual root but it wouldn't work even using easy root (z_rootkit)

thank you. Only after purchase did i find the xperia only supported fat32 file system on the SD. So no files over 4GB.. I needed root access to install the exFAT mod and this video worked a treat for me. The NFC fix video also worked for me, thanks. search xda forums for the exFAT mod. Copied 7GB xvid file to my xperias micro SDXC and its working great.
what does contain the folder /data/usf? i kept the nfc on, but after rooting it became broken deleting the usf foulder solves the problem, but microphone's work became wose, so, may be the usf and mic work are related?
Some drivers fail to install on my computer, the only ones that do are the first and the last one. the two in the middle always fails. Is this a problem on my end or with the download itself?

u need to do the unlock bootloader processs before using the flashtools...u just can't directly use the flashtools if ur phone running 4.3.....(sorry for bad english)
Jason Sug You don't need to unlock it. I had 4.3 Stock sony rom installed, I then flashed a stock 4.2 sony rom, rooted it and installed dual recoveries, installed 4.3 and rooted the 4.3. Now I have the latest 101 stock sony rom with root access and 2 recoveries, still locked bootloader, however I did try unlocking it just out of curiosity and backuped my TA partition first and restored it afterwards, got my DRM keys back so that even Bravia Engine still works fine. Anyways, my point is that you can do all what I just said with locked loader.
Can you post some other link with all the files, the ones here won't open. I would appreciate if you can move them all to one Google location and share with us.

recovery has issues tho, they are being worked upon so just keep track of that thread and update the recovery as and when its released
