Temperatures are 40-43°C without doing anything and when I use apps to stress CPU it gets 80°C max
Is this normal..

Yeah why not it's stil good for 1080p gaming at mid for most AAA titles but i recommend go for 1080p for ensurance

For video editing
It's only power efficient when under load but under idle condition amd cpu's efficiency is worse than intel. And I think most people don't game all day or do heavy tasks, our pc's mostly sit idle or watching content or writing, not doing cpu heavy tasks mostly. Intel is a better option to go if you are not gaming most of the day and doing heavy cpu related tasks.

for 3k it is alright but you won’t really be able to play anything not even 10 year old games basically you will have to upgrade everything cpu,gpu,ram probably psu too and i bet the moniter is a 4:3 ratio one? so you are basically buying the motherboard and crappy moniter for 3k at that point just find something better for 10-15k

I5 13gen is better 7k sasta and only 3,4% performance difference ,with 128mb chache,, + in terms of productivity Intel is maintaining 2 digit number,, literary inter kicks again
10% ka diff hai 13600K se, watch LTT's video. and tell a single workload where you'll render an image or video on your CPU instead of GPU which is the obvious choice. also its way more efficient, doesn't need NHD15 level of cooling to sustain perf and also belongs to a way better platform that'll last way longer, meanwhile intel will change socket again
