I got 6gb variant for 15700 Asus Oc edition from offline market and it's handling productivity task much better than rx 6600. Only gaming community hates 3050 not content creators. And the hate is getting generalized for no reason. Just blindly following each other. Yes the price is bad but not the graphics card. People compare both cards just for gaming not for productivity tasks.They just talk about disadvantages of 3050 and advantages of 6600 but they don't do vice versa.

Yes those old Nvidia cards are more powerful and we can get it around 10-12-14k but they don't see that most of those cards are almost 6-7 years old and at end of their life. I saw many people buying those old 10 & 16 series card and those died within 6 months. Many online and offline marketplace sell those card but with 1 or 2 months warranty. Obviously the card works good for 1-2 months then they usually die. If you are lucky then you will get a good a card which will work 1-2 years but majority dies under 1 year. So instead of wasting so much money on such old used cards better to buy a new card, although it's performance is weaker than those but it will work atleast for 3 years(warranty period).

If you would have bought it then there's no guarantee how long it would have worked as it's at end of it's life, it would have died anytime plus no warranty. 3050 was launched in 2022, plus you got 6 months warranty. As it's not an old card it will still run for many years even after it's warranty ends.
Frankly speaking I have not been disappointed by my laptop that runs 3050. I play games on this laptop, streamed games from my consoles to youtube, done lots of video editing using sony vegas pro and adobe premiere pro and rendered 3d assets and animations in blender. It also supports most of the pcvr games though I will be only satisfied when I will be playing half life alyx on it. The only place where it fell short was going for mixed reality streaming and recording which it falls short of.

Rtx 3050 6gb is running Indiana Jones on native low settings with 60fps and 70-80fps with dlss and 2060 which people use to hype can't even open the game, even if it runs the game it crashes after sometime. Many 2060 users hated this card and degraded it. Now what those haters have to say? I bought this card 2 weeks back just for it's encoders to do some productivity stuff and it's also running all games very well. Rx 6600 is no doubt much better for gaming but for encoders 3050 is better.

Agar under 20k mil rha and ur budget is very tight, toh lele. Battlemage series ko india me aane me do mahine lag sakte hain.. wahi pe a750 already rx6600 jaisa performance de rha hai works with 650 watts psu
or haan battlemage b580 has 25% performance so wait if you can,.. agar jaldi hai to a750 is not that bad. Aur agar baki sab out of stock ho bhi gaya toh Rx 6600 toh hai hi back up me, so waiting is a good choice unless its urgent

Rtx 3050 6gb is running Indiana Jones on native low settings with 60fps and 70-80fps with dlss and 2060 which people use to hype can't even open the game, even if it runs the game it crashes after sometime. Many 2060 users hated this card and degraded it. Now what those haters have to say? I bought this card 2 weeks back just for it's encoders to do some productivity stuff and it's also running all games very well. Rx 6600 is no doubt much better for gaming but for encoders 3050 is better.
Secondly, RTX 3050 8 GB still costs around 18K-19K and not 15500 ! So, cost per frame and value analysis is wrong.

There are many newer titles which won't even run on 1080p high quality dlss on the 3050 now. Medium or even low settings on many latest releases
