Neo Zeon might possibly be threatening GGG Orbit Base and the New Photonic Labs is pretty secure, so he's sending Sayaka down to safety under the pretense that it's to check up on Infinity...well, that and his gut feeling someone's gonna take it. Those Kikaiju attacks ain't a coincidence after all.
Koji is workaholic as hell. His character from the movie is very similar to devilman vs yami no teiou. Its a great mazinger X devilman cross over where they add to both of their endings, if you want to check it out. Koji is also brave and responsible in that one.
What a mood whiplash it is to be having Master Asia going back and forth like this after his return. Ah well, at least he's being the same old Planeteer he's always been, for better or worse. And speaking of ham and cheese, Saizo and the rest of the OG crew dealing with the nasty side of corporate life while being all about making a company proud without any funny business is as heartwarming as it is surprisingly dramatic; Kudos to the writing team, I have not stopped enjoying the OG stuff nor finding it boring in any way in T since it started, and we're still just 1/5 of the way in.
I just love how everyone is having such civil conversations all while a colony is slowly falling towards earth. Oh Well, at least our Getter boys are back!
After playing Smash Bros, I noticed that Mikoto from GaoGaiGar, Ryoma from Getter Robo, and Akito from Nadesico, have the same voice actors as Pokemon Trainer, Simon and Greninja

This is one of the things that SRW X kinda lacked, events and situation where everything is at stake, the ones where if you fail, the world could be over. Sure, X had some of those, but they felt lacking.
Afterall majority of the casts has nothing to do with Al-Warth. They are just dragged into war by some sorry excuses and have to save a stranger world in order to get back home.
Annnd, Holy Trinity heroes #2, the Getter Team, join in! That said, it won't be _quite_ the classic crew feel until Getter Dragon Deikessen is acquired.
It actually is, since the whole Shin Getter Dragon point is to make a nod to the original, Toei, TV Getter Robo while using settings and characters from The Last Day. The fact that the Getter youngsters are not in this game is actually a pretty clear indicator of that. Also, notice the sprites of Hayato and Musashi: they are taken from the pre neutron bomb event.

You can almost..... no, you can definitely say it's an alternative version of the story. This is due to Mazinger Infinity and to....someone who still hasn't appeared. You will see later.
