Mate, not being a smart arse here, but please check all the regs on mezzanine floors. Fire safety can be an issue on older installs. Love the new unit & your plans.

I have exactly the same model of S4 locked away in storage for a rainy day. I bought it as a present to myself back in 2007 when I finished my apprenticeship and I’ll never sell it. 1 day I’ll get the chains and guides done and get a full respray. It’s only got 70k on mine so is super low mileage for its age now, it just needs some love 😢
Buy the parts now before VAG discontinue them!

You should do a bit on tools, quality and why Snapon are used so much in the trade. I watch a US channel that started as detailing and ‘wash and talks’ now has grown and does garage fit outs and tools, the tool selection is all based on look and feel, without any real real world experience or knowledge on longevity and ability to do a job especially in tight areas or corroded fittings etc. would be nice to hear your insight as a counter.
Just so you know where my bias is, I am a automotive engineer and a long time ago, a VW/Audi master tech.

I hate psychopaths, which have taken over the world. Went into the alternative media to provide another sound and found out that people are often as mad on that side as on the other so, I moved to Spain and can’t be bothered anymore with the madness that rampant nowadays. Was pleased to see you had a talk with Al from 44 teeth.
I think it’s great you own and master your own business. People like you will nowadays not fit into the madness of corporate business, run by psychopaths.
I really enjoy your sanity. I’m following your current expansion with excitement. Whatever companies offer you in the future, never lose your independence.
I interviewed Nigel Farage once, he was exactly is you know him from the media, slightly less official off camera. I expect you to be the same and know you’ll be as genuine as you are now.
So, I appreciate your channel, you as a real guy and the educative value you add to this insane world. In the end this world will get back to normal and probably swing over to the opposite side. If your after future proofing the shim grinding. We make small machining cells with a small Industrial robot. I think this would suit the application and a talking piece. Automating the process and being able to program offline with cad/cam would mean with the right fixturing and tooling you could do a lot more than just shims?

Hey matey. Outside of my (Jonny's old) GTR motor have you ever velocity ported the heads on any of your cars? I found the concept really interesting and the GTR did make mega torque and much lower in the revs. Keen to know if this was ever deemed worth it or used on your VAG stuff?

The mezzanine o would move the ladder to the other side and move the pillar's in to make space for the vehicle's to drive in.

Quick question. Is there a way to stop the exhaust valves closing on a 600LT? It sounds great in 1st and 2nd but goes silent in 3rd unless pushing on. Can it be mapped out or any way it can be done remotely so I don't have to bring it up from Cornwall?

Taking someone's keys and lobbing them over a fence is effectively theft as you've deprived them the use of their property. If the police were called you'd probably be in a bit of bother...if they turned up, that is.
It was Moi... and yes, possibly theft, but, as the Police, this was back in the good old days, about 2000, when they actually attended crimes....have a certain amount of discretion, I would probably have got away with it, if not, I would have happily argued it in court, where I have had a few interesting experiences, usually good.

the fire alarm cable is dangerous, fire alarm cable should not be held using plastic fixings,as they normaly melt well before the cable and allow the cable to move. Fire cable only provides integrity of the cable does not move, if it move the cores can touch, the cables once involed in a fire goes brittle

You are literally on Gintani, Sheepey race levels in regards to your work, types of cars etc but your camera man is not upto the task. He literally just films you talking. No fancy editing, the one or two test run vids have been terrible. He's literally the reason your channel is not growing as the content is "basic" if such a term can apply. Much smaller channels that do really basic work have got tonnes more subscribers due to the video editing and content creation. No offence but dav is past his sell by date.
There are rarely any montagues, any music, drone shots etc. The camera work he does is very basic.
