“I do” from Ghost in the Shell is also a truly great song too.
Composed by Yoko Kanno and sung by Ilaria Graziano.

"Inner Universe" ( which is sung in English, Russian and Latin ) literally haunted my dreams for months after I first heard it.
I finally found a copy of this album. Both songs were written by Japanese wonder-composer Yoko Kanno.
They collaborated on 2 other songs for this anime. "Player" and a personal favorite "Date of Rebirth," which I think you would really like as well.
I was fortunate enough to meet Olga ( her real name ) in 2014 at an anime convention here in Vancouver a year before she sadly passed away after battling lung cancer.

I remember being _obsessed_ with Rise back in the day; I listened to it _so_ much...
If memory serves, the lyrics in both go between English, Russian, _and Latin._
I think I need to find some time to re-binge GitS...

Stand Alone Complex OST. is truly a blessing. If you have some free time, you should try to listen casually.

As an aside, I had a Samsung Galaxy S20 that would do the same thing. It would occasionally say "No SIM card inserted" when one definitely was.
I just took it to my provider who would change the card for free. This solved the problem temporarily. Had to do it usually every 6 to 8 months with that particular phone.
