  • RGB lights are highly advantageous for both photo and video production due to their versatility and ability to provide customizable lighting solutions. With the ability to control red, green, and blue channels independently, RGB lights offer a vast color spectrum, allowing photographers and videographers to achieve precise color accuracy and match specific color temperatures. As they get more powerful and affordable I feel like this will be the go-to choice in the future. In this video I review the new amaran 300c, putting it to the test and seeing if it's really worth the money.

I'm reaching out for some advice on a lighting setup. I have a cyc wall with the following dimensions:
    Length: 4.88 meters
    Width: 2.79 meters
    Height: 3 meters
I'm using a Sony FX6 with a Sony GM lens 1.4, shooting at 5600K, f/1.4, and 23.98 fps. My goal is to achieve a well-exposed and evenly lit image in a daylight environment.
I plan to use Amaran 300c lights mounted on the ceiling. Could you please advise on:
How many Amaran 300c lights I would need for this setup?
Whether I should use lanterns, spacelights, or softboxes for maximum lux output and even coverage?
Any specific tips or configurations you recommend?
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you,

Thanks for the review! What light stand do you recommend for Amaran 300c? I am just starting to learn about lighting and 300c is my first light. I don't understand how expensive I have to go with the light stand to make sure it won't tip over..
