This is a handheld airbrush / USB-C rechargeable compressor system. I've never used an airbrush before (but I have used paint sprayers and spray cans) and was able to achieve good results just by mixing acrylic modeling paint 1:2 with water and using it in this airbrush.
I appreciate the heavy base / compressor that allows you to stand the airbrush up on a table and it will not fall over, but isn't too heavy to use it hand operated. (They do include an air hose so you can use the airbrush without the mini-compressor attached.)
Although I'm sure there are more expensive options out on the market, this guy seems like a great introductory/learning/basic model to use while you figure out if you need anything more fancy.
The spray was nice and controlled, and after I got my paint mixed evenly the output was nice and smooth.
