It is hard for me to comment realistically on customer service as I do get treated differently than most customers. Updating firmware was relatively easy
I have this, I prefer it to the equivalent Atem mini series due to not needing a PC to change the settings however, it would have been even better if it could stream.
Thanks Dustin, great device. Amazing how much is in one box. Quick question, how is audio managed? In the device or at the video source? Either?
There are many audio options. From HDMI, two 3.5mm inputs, and with independent audio controls for all of them.
What kind of USB-c cable do you use
how did you power this switcher..I see a larger power bank!
I did use the power bank, but more because I had a lot going on at the table and wanted to simplify my powering options.
@@DustinAbbottTWI what type of bank is that...like to buy one.
Hi! what's the maximum output frame rate? Tks
I don't remember off the top of my head. I think we're currently running at 1080P/30, but I don't know if you can go up to a 60FPS option off hand.
How is customer service with this company? How easy is it to update firmware?

Both fair points.
You should check out the tao one pro from rgblink. It does ndi5.
Cool
AUDIO VIDEO DELAY PROBLAM??
We are using it in our church, and we haven't had an issue there. You do have to get the settings right in your streaming software.
