Africans can learn to keep a political party longer in office as long as it is driving the development agenda. Voting in Africa at times distorts the plan of development especially if the west has a hand in the votes. China changes no party, but policies.

Don't forget China's relatively successful reduction in corruption at ALL levels. Some people may suggest that its politically motivated and they're entitled to their opinions.
The bottom line is it is much easier to get things done in China today, from getting a new business going to day to day things like getting a passport or a driver's license .
They're following Singapore's example in keeping a lid on corruption which is the main and terminal cause of many country's failure next to having weak and clueless " leaders" and politicians.

While on the other hand, we could perceive that USA is getting very corrupted . . . you don't need a brain to know why so many of their elected senators and congressmen are multi-millionaires and why all the policies are slanted to favor corporations instead of favoring the common people. Even if they are legalized, that is still corruption.

I suppose you’ll have to experience it yourself by going over there sometime, register a business and see how efficiently and painlessly it all comes together without any of those petty under counter shenanigans that goes on in other corrupt emerging economies. My understanding is that this permeates up the bureaucracy to higher levels of government as well . By the same token, drive around the cities and experience the traffic law enforcement by the traffic police on the streets and see if it feels the same as what you’d experience as I did in say, India or even in slightly more sophisticated Malaysia.
My experience in China was actually quite similar to that in Singapore ie efficient, friendly and clean as in corruption free.
China is obviously emulating the Singapore model as far as I can experience and see. Of course, corruption cannot be eradicated 100%. It’s all relative.
Don’t have to believe me. Check it out yourself.

I'm African Amer but my heart and "identity" is African.. the love for her runs through my heart keeping me wanting for her to stop looking to clear enemies for "help" that is not really help at all. You should be aware that for some countries, democracy is the preferred system of the populations.
They have already paid their dues under other systems like strongman govt. They learned their lessons, graduated and have no need or inclination to repeat the class.
Now if it works for some countries or yours then great.
But the divergence in position on the issue is amongst the many reason why the continent will remain multinational and will never be a unitary state.

we cannot sit and daydream that the present is the same as any past that has existed on the continent.
The continent has never been nor will it ever be a unitary state.
Some countries may choose to cede their nationhood, sovereignty and Republics to merge into a entity. See EAC to EAF.
Others are headed in the opposite direction, with further balkanization or secession from within. See Naija or Cameroon for national example. Or ECOWAS with its current impasse with the Francophone breakaway countries, for regional example.
Ultimately, it would be up to the respective populations themselves to determine how they choose to move forward.
      All 54 of them.
      Via 54 respective referendums.
      Their decisions will be respected.
The daydreams of some present real nightmares for others.
Some countries prefer to stand alone than to lay down together in chains.
Again we can see reality by taking a closer look at the Sahel Alliance and their exit from fECOWAS
These Francafrique breakaway countries are able to work together because they all followed the same blueprint.
      1. Sacking their stooge leadership
      2. Expulsion of all Globalist, including the UN, and Neocolonial entities from their lands
      3. Excercise complete control over their mineral, energy and agricultural resources
      4. Contracting Russian Security Services to assist with the expulsions and to provide an additional insurance and defense for their lands resources and sovereignty
      5. Terminating ALL exploitative contracts that have been used to help defraud the respective populations for decades There can be no serious expectation that those countries would abandon the pursuit of the emancipation initiatives, to return to a circumstance they have escaped. Especially when some countries prefer to stand alone, as demonstrated.by Sahel Alliance, than to lay down together in chains.
If one’s country is not supporting or willing to assist in the defense of the emancipation initiatives, they can in no way have any expectation that others share that passive acceptance.
Even Nkrumah had contempt for the idea of “servitude in tranquility!”
Well is your population prepared to remove its leadership or call for their resignation?
Is your population even calling for armed support for the current emancipation initiatives taking place amongst the Francafrique breakaway countries?
If not then there is no need to daydream about unity with countries that will never consider abandoning such initiatives to merge with traitors that serve their enemies. It would be a trap. on emotional manipulation..

@@norincofan1949in case you have not had access to news’s over the past 2 years, and within the past few weeks, there have been several revolutions that have taken place in West Afrika, where those countries have implemented their own emancipation initiatives with regards to their breakaway from 60+ years of Francafrique neocolonial policy.
Their guns are pointed at their enemie, they chose to expel all globalist and neocolonial entities from their countries.
They chose to terminate all of the exploitative contracts signed by the former stooge leadership they sacked and used to defraud their populations for decades.
They took control of their mineral energy, and agricultural resources, and have begun signing contracts with the Russians toward the building of refineries for processing and added value addition to same,..
They do not have to settle for crumbs. Not when they co from the bakery and can both have their cake and eat it?
Contrast that to ALL of their ECOWAS nations; which are still beholden to to those same entities that were expelled?
Where those same entities are exerting their privilege from the contracts signed by stooges in collusion?
The daydreams of some present real nightmares for others. Some countries prefer to stand alone than to lay down together in chains..
So what is your expectation with regards to unity when there are Afrikan guns aimed at external enemies, and an opposing collection of Afrikan guns that are primed to militarily intervene and assault that aforementioned group on behalf of those same expelled enemies as proxies?
Why aren’t those collective guns rather being rallied to the Dede as of the emancipation initiatives from those Francafrique breakaway countries?
Who argues to remain in chains??
There is no prospect for a unitary state unless a party actually was joining the Sahel Alliance initiative.

    • @BonsuBigWhale
      @BonsuBigWhale 10 месяцев назад

The continent will never be a unitary state. It will remain collection and collaboration of nations.
We all see what the call for one army means with the example of what is taking place with the impasse between ECOWAS and the Francophone breakaway countries.
Is that army co in fro the defense of those countries, who sacked their stooge leadership and chose to expel Globalist and neocolonial entities from their lands?
Or is that army rather being used as a proxy for those same enemies of those breakaways: threatening them with armed assault and intervention if they do not volunteer to return the stooge leadership and return to subjugation under those enemies?
If the army and their guns are not there to defend Afrikans, then enough of this pretense that Afrika needs one army.
If any leader of such army were in any way compromised and or beholden to the interests of external sponsors, that same army would be weaponized against the Afrikan peoples themselves.
For that is the only reason it would exist for if it is not aimed at Afrikas enemies.
Taken further, of the issue is truly about security, a better solution would be the adoption of a 2A by Afrikan countries. Arming all willing and able bodied citizens, with militias formed around same for regional and local defense.
There should be no less of an obstacle presented to invasion or subversion by foreign and domestic enemies, than that presented by a US or Switzerland.
A rifle behind every blade of grass.
It shares a part of the security burden with those who have the highest stakes and the most to lose.
      The citizens themselves.

What we need is Defence and Finance of which we are capable to generate. Why should we always be afraid of the WEST and keep on bowing to them??? This mentality must stop at once. We must decide on our own, and this is where RUSSIA and China understand us.They are the only ones who have come to assist us genuinely. WE are only left with our own PUPPETS who have become STUMBLING BLOCKS, whilst our Children for instance, have no better Classrooms and textbooks.

African leaders and their families only benefit from these artificial borders while 99.99% of the population suffer. Generally this people have patient to compromise and to wait out the ideas of compatriots and not insist things to be done his seemingly right way the first instances. The easier way to do things right is to look at other before them.

Easier said than done. Africa was decisively divided by land and religion given the size of the continent unification is close to impossible specifically when you have actors engaging the African nations politics. What worked for China is the people of the government China are Chinese who care about their fellow Chinese. In Africa you have Europeans and Arabs in government making decisions for Africans

Be wary of foreigners whose culture of colonization and zero-sum mindset. When they come and invest, their only objective is to make their profits and leave with their assets and initial capital. Look at those countries, when they are not able to develop in their own land, how can they help you? Surely, it is a scam job that they are "selling" to you. For example, if I can't repair my bike, how can I start a business to repair bike in your country? Or if I can't build a power dam or massive bridge in my own country successfully, how can I build one for you in your country? In other words, don't let someone with no good track record of achieving in the particular project/job to handle a similar job/project in your country. Period.

we cannot sit and daydream that the present is the same as any past that has existed on the continent.
Again we can see reality by taking a closer look at the Sahel Alliance and their exit from ECOWAS..

I totally agree 💯 with those who have a sentiment analysis That say "Africa will one day be a super power" I am just worried about the current organization called AU. In South Africa, there has been echos that says, globalization is being shaped by the agenda of dominant global forces, these forces are trans-national corporations controlling trillions of rands of humanity wealth, alliances around one "hyper-power" whose dominance is reminiscent of empires of bygone era, and cultural domination reflected in trends towards homogenization of media content and arts. A critical result of all this is the undermining of a system of global governance! These exploitative socio-economic system rules the world, and danger should not be underestimated of widening wars of conquest and other more sophisticated means of subversion in search of resources, markets and geo-political advantages. When China appear in this episode, it's important to know what is it as a continent that we desire. Many African leaders appeared as patriotic as time goes on, they change. It's a fool who is in his sound mind, to receive billions of American dollars inorder to sell your people and your soil! It's a shame and a disgrace! In Africa we don't want money and we should reject it, but demand construction of infrastructures that will sustain our younger generation. In SA, we would like to be part of the progressive forces that will fight against colonialism, racism, poverty, patriarchy and all other social ills, and the founders defined the struggle as a unifier and premier representative of the African people beyond the borders of our country. If we're able to defeat apartheid, we can do same with colonialism of all African states! Thanks Borkina Faso, Mali, Garbon, Burundi and Niger for showing us the way! We need to do something about that cumbersome AU organization. Let's start proactive debates and processes that will lead to the creation of the African Union government including mobilization of the progressive forces and governments to common understanding of this plan. African countries must avoid electing old cows that are afraid of a "different" skin in presenting their case! Africans, stop receiving money from this trans-national corporations, they are making your countries poor and trapped in poverty!!!

As long as you keep speaking Africa like it's a United continent then you're already wrong and China was not colonized like the African continent and I don't recall hearing about Chinese slaves that are in Europe and in most of the white European countries.

    • @jayy1980

China blocked all slave ships from the whites from docking, and because they did, Japan and Korea followed. The Africans suffered during that period because China did not have the power to take on the whites directly, but today it does. Africans now have a chance if they decide to fight for their true development, instead of their current white education, white language, white way of thinking. It isn’t easy, but the VISION must be there. Maybe it takes a century, maybe a Millenia , but as long as Africa works towards it and maintains the correct vision, then it will surely succeed. The reality is that a united Africa will be the strongest superpower in the entire history of the world, no single country will be able to challenge it. Even if all of Europe becomes one country it still wouldn’t be able to compete as it lacks resources and population. Good luck to Africa!

Inspiring. But lets talk reality alright? China is a nation or a continent?. Does the constitution, laws, politics, environmental, cultural and social structures of China applies and works for the overall Asian continent?. We would be lying if we claimed it does, for we all know it is very conflicting. So, if what works for China, India rejects, Japan rejects, Singapore rejects. But it is the African continent big enough to cover almost 2-3 Asia that can function as a single China?. Would it not be an interesting debate to address how the very fact that the biggest continent on planet earth in terms of; areal lenght, ethnic and tribal groups, cultural groups, linguistical groups are all put into a one size box of a Africa. And thus treated like a country which does not even exist. Who is able to rationalize and debate a convincing aspect which supports its benefit for the peoples?. If Korea which has one ethnic group can get divided into North and South just based on political aspirations, but for some reason it is the multi-colored continent of Africa who can stand as a country and thus should be treated as such?. And the world wonders why these Africans cannot unite like the Chinese, these Africans in comparison to South Koreans. Is this even realistic?. So, would it be such a bad idea if the nation's of Africa for once were recognized as the individual nations they are?. How about these nations come together among themselves and re-map the nation's according to their own understanding and needs instead of the map drawn for them by the west?. China has allot of inspirations, but so does everybody else. The only person I personally would not invest my time learning anything from is the West! Because the entire Western system is set and structured around exalting the West into a global supreme king and god, which means nobody can ever be equal humans with them. Not to mention how they plaigarise everybody all the time, yet it is their excellency and now we who have been plaigarised must admire them as the source of our stolen wisdom!. China knows who he is, where he comes from, what he has passed through. So China is mentally sane to reason forth what is good for him. This is exactly what African nations needs. And talking about knowing who you are, where you come from, what you have passed through. There are numerouse civilizations of kingdoms and empires destroyed by the West. Civilizations which the West themselves have plaigarised into their excellent Western systems everybody is to admire. So, the truth is, by Africans learning about who they were before white man came at 3am in his ninja outfit will give them a great knowledge about excellent societal structures which works for them, engineered by them, and built by them!. And most importantly there is no need to be having voices from Asia, Middle East, Latin America, and certainly NOT The West talking what Africans should do. Every man must manage his own house his way according to the needs of his household!. And certainly we want to move forward free from the ;unwanted, unvoted for dominance, influence, control and dictatorship by the west. We must let go of the Western ideology of world dominance and respect each other to mange their territories their ways!. My way of life is not better than yours, my educational system is not the all must have one. My medical system is not the ultimate only pharmacy for all etc. The entire unvoted for western empire must be evicted and demolished!.

Examples, Hohhot in inner Mongolia, Dongguan, etc, They were empty for only 3 years because of the reluctance of people to move to places where infrastructures like trains and roads are not fully developed yet. The way Chonese cities are being developed is like a blank slate being started from the ground up, - sort of like a "green-field" urban-planning project
