It surprises me the number of Americans who believe they are a force for good.
Did anyone watch the video I watched? She did not think Americans are a force for good, she assumed China behaves badly like the West.

And they cannot understand, why peoples would rather deal with someone fair, who keeps to the spirit of a contract instead of breaking it the moment it is signed or using it to make the other "partner" bleed out until he is no longer sovreign. The funny part is, she might really be concerned about African states getting dependend on China. I hoped she learned something from this encounter.

Recently with Gadafi, one of the greatest leaders of the world. He took Lybia from one of the most poor countries in the world to bring it to be one if not the most prosperous of Africa and with better social standards than many European countries. as a Chinese, I see my African brother and sister as fellow comrades in the fight against Imperialism from the colonizers. Thomas Sankara spoken heavily on the greatness Africa can achieve. why not be partners instead.

Even tho I'm not chinese, during the pandemic I knew I was going to be subject of racism due to east and south east asians looking phenotypically alike. Western media has been portraying asians(mostly males) in negative way since the chinese exclusion act.
You can search on Sessue Hayakawa, the first Hollywoof hearttrob that was supposed to portray asian males in a bad way but it backfired amongst american female at the time due to his good looks. He was always playing a negative, bad guy, a predator who never gets girl and gets defeated by the good western man. Similarly, Jacky Chan also never get the girls in the movies, one time, the ending of one of his movies changed because they didn't want to see him kiss the girl, so they changed it for a hug 💀. And contrary to the treatment received by asian males being portrayed as villain, bad guy or nerdy loser, Hollywood was 100% fine portraying white american guy's easily getting asian girls.
Personally I don't mind. I live in Canada and I've been asked to date by white girls (french, ukrainian,..) and some arabic girls but I'm into asian girls(there's none in my area that I'm interested) so I dont mind if other ethnicity like asian guy's or not, but just let it free for all pls. Second, it creates a lot of migration issues because people run from the region to Europe and integration becomes an issue - and many of the migrants would much rather have stayed in a flourishing home nation.
Third, the Europeans are being dictated to by the US and their corrupt governments too and don't like it and don't like how they're being dragged into worldwide issues.

As an American I don't see that as a bad thing. Hell how about American getting it's own dose of sanctions. I do see capitalism as a bad thing. Like ALL scarcity driven economics, it will end in total failure.
