I love sharing my bee wrangling adventures, thank you so much for allowing me to be in your day and for taking the time to watch my videos. God's peace Lyn. Mr. Ed
Wow Mr Ed, well nifty with that chainsaw 😀 ho ho! Tony very skilled cutting the tree open that way. Glad you found the queen again but what an escape artist.
ALL those Colonies you have saved are LUCKY that you are so skilled at finding and protecting their respective Queens all of these years... #GodLovesAll
You know when the seasons are changing when Mr. Ed's beard starts growing again! Because of the virus, I didn't shave this year, but otherwise I'd be starting my winter beard as well! Nice change of pace with the tree colony. And Tony is The Man with the chainsaw!
If you have not shaved since last winter, you have got to have a face full of hair, my will bee that way soon enough. Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. God's peace Bill. Mr. Ed
Under 1 minute and I'm already laughing out loud. Pretty sure I woke up the rest of the building. Good job on finding that runaway Queen! Have a good one Mr Ed :)
It's the laughs and drama that keep folks returning week after week, so glad you are part of that crowd. After waking up the complex, I sure hope you gave my channel a plug as you made your excuses for the outburst. I hope your week is a good one as well, and stay warm. God's peace MFH. Mr. Ed
And I sincerely hope you will continue to watch as the more you watch, the less your fear becomes and the fear is replaced with astonishment. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch in spite of your fears. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Bravo Mr Ed, I gotta be honest, I never thought u would've found the queen in that tree trunk, only to follow it up with the drama of losing her afterwards.....well done my friend!
Why do you think my hair is so grey, I spend so much time looking for queen bees and worrying about them.Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. God's peace Chadwick. Mr. Ed
Poor Mr. Ed has the dropsies today! LOL. I love that Tony the tree-guy has the concern for nature that he calls Mr. Ed when they find a bee-tree--he wants the bees to succeed too! A lot of environmentalists act like loggers don't care about forests, just take-take-take, but that's really not true. Many like our Mr. Tony! God bless you both, and tell Mr. Charlie we said hi!
I'm really blessed to have not only Tony's company but 2 other tree cutting companies that call me whenever they encounter bees in the trees they have to remove. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. I'll make sure Charlie knows you said hello. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Mr Ed, I hope you don’t get a lot of wind or rain from the hurricane that’s coming to visit your state. I was beginning you worry about the Queen in this one but by the grace of God you got her! Hopefully they will do just fine in their new home! Waiting on the next one. Thanks!
These bees are already acclimated in their new box at the abbey and working bringing in pollen and nectar, I think they will do just fine. Thank you for your concern and for watching. God's peace Don. Mr. Ed
Thank you for sharing yourself with the rest of us. Your attitude and and kindness is a pleasure and a blessing to watch. Your faith and kindness is contagious. The bees are cool too.
Nice save on finding the queen after dropping her 2 times and you didn't step on her ! The cutting of the tree in half and looking like you didn't hit the hive ! That was a fantastic work of art. This is a great video and looking forward to watching the next one .
Actually, I never dropped her once, both times she escaped. The first time through the broken cage, and the second time she flew out the cage before I could close it. Still in the end, she wound up captured. Tony is a real master of the chainsaw. Glad to hear you enjoyed the video and I look forward to hearing from you again. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Great video as usual. My 5 year old grandson said to me while watching your video. " Do we say IT'S THE BEES KNEES because the bees are happy when they have all that lovely yellow stuff on their knees " I never once thought of that before
Another great adventure wrangling bees. The "escape artist" queen bee!!! But Mr. Ed, you are persistent. You probably should invest in some new queen cages, lol. Take care, stay safe, God bless. 🐝 🐝 🐝
I've already got my order in for another 15 cages, you just can't have enough of them. Thank you for your blessings and concern. God's peace Rose Mary. Mr. Ed
She was really playing hard to get Mr. Ed! Tony's work was impressive. It's good to know he cares about bees. Keep on wrangling and thank you very much for sharing. God bless.
It was my charm and debonaire that finally won her over......and the grace of God. I'll keep on wrangling and posting videos as long as there are folks like you out there who will watch. Thank you for your blessing and for watching. Until the next one, God's peace Elaine. Mr. Ed
The job could not have been done without the help of Tony and his skills, a truly talented tree surgeon. Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. Until the next one, God's peace Scott. Mr. Ed
Love the video Jeff. Randy is always goofing around. I think you two feed off each other. I'm glad to see everything ended well. The hunt for the queen was good and you did find her. Thank you Jesus. See ya soon.
If folks could hang out with me and Randy more, you'd really see how our personalities feed off each other, it's really a good time hanging out with him. I loved the drama in this one. Yes, thank you Jesus! god's peace Cheryl. Mr. Ed
Your excitement catching the queen - best part 😁 glad you were able to find her after dropping her. Tony seems like a nice guy. Glad you could save this hive. Best wishes as always, from Co Dublin Ireland ☘️🙂💖
Certainly a lot of drama in this video as well as showing off the talents of one very good tree surgeon. Thanks so much for watching. God's peace Adwina. Mr. Ed
That video was taken on my birthday, and I'm glad you found the queen. Stay safe, Mr. Ed. Huggies, lots of love and God's blessings to you and the brothers in the abbey and to Tony too, from Israel
I may trip a few times, but by the grace of God, I don't fall. We dodged yet another bullet again. Thanks for your concern and for watching. God's peace Mike. Mr. Ed
She just didn't want to settle down for you, she seemed to be quite the escape artist. Glad you finally got her. Hope your mom is doing fine. Blessings to you & yours.
This queen certainly had hiding skills, but in the end not good enough to evade capture. Thank you so much for asking about mom, she is well.your blessings, and for taking the time to watch the video. God's peace Roberta. Mr. Ed
I didn't know you had connection with a bucket truck owner. See if you can borrow it next time you come over for one of those scaffold jobs. Why take the stairs when there's a perfectly good elevator?
I already have it reserved for the next 4 weekends, let me know when and where. Heck, even Tony said he's come along just in case there were any trees that need to be taken down. If not, he'd be happy to cut some anyway. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Just catching up on your wrangling adventures as winter has finally hit where I am ! great video as always Mr.Ed .. always love the capture of her majesty .. :)
Always happy to hear when folks are catching up on missed videos, thank you for doing that. I just can't help myself but bee excited when I find the queen, even if it is 3 times. Until the next one, God's peace Kelly. Mr. Ed
Another great video from mr Ed,This was a little diferent from the normal hive removal. It was great to see. Idt is 40 here this morning, the mountia;ns are whiite with the winter dustiing.
Wow, it's so hard to believe that there is already snow dusting going on, but then again, you'r in Alaska, and I'm in Louisiana.....two different climates entirely. Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. God's peace Richard. Mr. Ed
In a way, I don't mind keeping the honey for myself. With the onset of fall and the beginning of our winter dearth, the bees welcome such a windfall of honey. Thanks for your concern and for watching. Till the next one, God's peace. Mr. Ed
Thanks you so much for your blessings. It is a real joy for me to share my bee wrangling adventures, and I'm ever grateful to all who follow along. Thanks so much for watching. God's peace Jeanne. Mr. Ed
Hi Jeff, great cutout my friend with excellent chainsaw manoeuvrability tony cut that tree log open like a expert fantastic team work from you both, and Jeff mate what where you like letting that queen bee go missing twice that does not happen it was well worth 2 maybe 3 thank you Jesus got her in the end and a whole lot of bees cool vlog Jeff. Thanks for sharing your vlog with us Jeff and god bless my friend.
You have to admit one thing about the mishaps with the queen, it sure did give the video a bunch of drama. Thank you so much for your blessings and kind words Peter, they are greatly appreciated. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
I’m a little late watching....been having a flare of my lupus and haven’t even felt like watching my favorite youtubers. But I think I’m doing better, so I’m catching up. Wow! A true Queen always knows how to give a show! When she got lost the first time I was confident you would find her, but even though the second time only lasted seconds (on camera), I must admit my heart just dropped and I thought she might be gone for good (lol, or at least overnight!). But you spotted her (with the Grace of God), and now they can all find a new home together. Your friend Tony is truly a master with that chainsaw. I enjoyed watching him work. Thank you for another great video. 🐝🐝🐝👍😊
So sorry to hear about your flare up, lupus is very serious and I'm glad you are able to deal with it's complications. There was a lot of drama in this video for sure, but fortunately, all turned out well. I hope your health continues to improve, God's peace Diane. Mr. Ed
Finding the queen is like getting an unexpected present, I do tend to get a bit excited about it. Of course on this video that happened more than once. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Everybody loves a happy ending, but you need the drama throughout to really appreciate it. I'm happy you are following along Nicole, thank you for that. God's peace. Mr. Ed
I'm taking drama course at night school right now and I turned this video in as a homework assignment. I got an A plus on it. Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. God's peace Tim. Mr. Ed
I absolutely love late Oct/Nov in Louisiana. Nothing like a good cuppa, beignets, and sitting on the banks of the Mississippi at night, watching the fog roll across working barges. In a surprising turn of events, the kitten decided to get right up in front of the computer today. Lexi did more of a listen and purr from a distance, but the kitten actively tried to catch some bees, trees, the Dirt Rooster, you... Inky is nothing if not ambitious. (We had an early morning fire alarm false alarm through our apartment complex, and an Abbott and Costello routine with the fire trucks apparently not knowing half the parking lot is a construction zone they can no longer reach the complex thru. 🤦🏼♀️ Lexi spent most of the time we were outside telling us how cold she was and how much she didn't appreciate being outside, and hasn't moved from her heated bed since we were allowed back in.) ...and wait, bees get stuck in the hose?! I don't think I recall you ever mentioning that before! And I know you don't normally name your queens, but I'm pretty sure that's Queen Dorothy, after Dietrich, the famous escape artist. 😂 Hope you and yours are all safe, and outside Delta's path. Best from the already frigid Northeast.
It's so good to hear that Lexi is teaching the new kitty, Inky?, the finer points of bee wrangling. Pretty soon they may both be laying down and purring while watching. Bees will clog the hose very often when honey is vacuumed, but blowing the hose cleans them right out. You and the kitties stay warm. God's peace Kelly. Mr. Ed
You finally got her trapped. I think that different style trap is better than the one that looks like a hair clip. That was a lot of bees. God bless you!
The hair clip one is a much better clip, it closes by itself. The other one needs to be pushed to close and that's all the time it took for the queen to fly out of it. I had the angels working overtime with me on this one. Thank you for your blessing and for watching. God's peace JJ. Mr. Ed
I always love hearing when folks like the videos I make, it makes me want to continue posting them. Trust me, I was laughing at myself all through this video, and I'm happy it all turned out well. I hope you and your little girl are well. God's peace Mona. Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Mr. Ed "Everybody here is watching you 'Cause you feel like home" Keep liven that new life you have too!!!! We are missing daddy a lot!!! Thank u
I had a roller coaster ride day on this adventure, but in the end, all turned out well, and the bees are doing great! Mom loved your latest card, of course she loves them all, but she really likes the stitched ones. You are so kind! Thanks for watching. God's peace Stephonie and family. Mr. Ed
I am Groot! 😂 Looked like some fat lighter in that tree. I bet it smelled good if it was. Gosh you gave me a heart attack with that queen!!!😳 Looks like we doged another bullet. With Delta. Stay safe and best wishes to your mom and hoping she stays safe also.
Lots of lighter knot is this log, the smell of turpentine was all in the air.....as well as the smell of honey. That queen gave ME a heart attack, twice. Thanks so much for your concern and inquiry about mom, she is well. God's peace. Mr. Ed
With Tony working the chainsaw and Mr. Ed working the bees, you know it's going to bee a great bee wrangling adventure. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Those wimpy little queen clips have the grip of vice grips when you are trying to get them out in a hurry. Oh no! faulty clip. lol Should name that queen Ms. Houdini. Escape artist. Nice removal of a big tree hive. Thanks Mr. Ed and Tony the Tree Man.
If Charlie had been there, he'd have handed me a good clip. I'm keeping this clip in my Hall of Horrors as another momento, I'm getting quite the collection of mess ups. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Good thing you have perseverance, she was determined to escape! Next time, get your queen cage out of your pocket and put it some place handy before you start! That's a free tip - no charge! LoL Sorry - could not resist. Great video, thank you!
That queen was playing hard to keep hehe . Well the good thing is these bees will now have a place to live where the chances their hive can be flooded out is less likely. Good to hear Mr Ed you have a trusty arborist who can cut down and saw into a tree without causing terrible damage to the hive or the bees . Thank you Mr Ed for the bee rescue.
My first cutout I caught the Queen. Put her in the cheap cage that came with my kit. Set her on the foundation next to the hive. And just happened to see her walking up the wall again. Caught her again. Put the cage and her in a small cardboard box that closed up tight. That was Queen Zoey ( granddaughter helped paint and named her). My aquarium hive was her new home.
628Dirtrooster is the Incredible Bee Hulk! lol It was probably 628 who broke the queen cage with those super strong arms hahaha That was epic thought you had lost the queen for ever then. Can you name her Queen Houdini as she escaped more times then Houdini lol Sooo Glad you got her! Tony is aweome how he cuts the tree with out touching the comb! Highly skilled! Great job guys! Great video!
There certainly was a lot of drama in this video, but in the end, the queen was captured and it did make for some entertaining video. Tony and I have been friends for over 20 years, but he has been a tree surgeon for at least 25, a real artist. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
avoid videos like this .... I almost had a heart attack when the queen fell out .... and throw away that damaged cage right away .... great video Jeff .... just keep going .... your presentation is refreshing and there's always something to learn .....greetings from the Netherlands
Ok! Jeff I got to hear what I love to hear every time! Thank You Jesus! So one more time let’s hear it! Thank you Jesus! Amen! I was waiting until I saw but knew. 🙏😇🙏
That was pretty underhanded of me, I was trying a bit of click bait for sure, but I'm sure you were relieved to find out the real reason for the title of the video. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Actually, it's on my "Shelf of Shame," I don't want to forget this one. If you are ever on the north shore, get in touch with me at the abbey and I'll give you a tour of our operation. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
So happy to hear you have discovered my channel, and I look forward to hearing from you on many of the over 400 videos I have already posted. And if that is not enough for you, I post a new one every Friday. God's peace Bonnie. Mr. Ed
Your winters come lots quicker than ours do. We are about half way through our Goldenrod right now. Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Thanks, Mr. Fuzzy Butterfingers! You best not be badmouthing Roosters equipment or the beginning of this vide4o might be your ending! Tony is an artist with a saw. When you do his job you have to be. That looked like a 261. I've got one waiting on me right now. FIREWOOD! So remain calm, have a Jesus weekend and Hi 2 Mom! Gods Peace!
Wait till you see Friday's post, I've got a bit more fuzz on my face. I don't have to badmouth the Rooster's equipment, he freely admits how bad it is. It's no 261, Tony brings his chainsaw to a knife fight and never looses. Thanks for your blessings and for watching Lewie. Till Friday, God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Actually, I never dropped her once, both times she escaped. The first time through the broken cage, and the second time she flew out the cage before I could close it. Still in the end, she wound up captured. Still, we did get to hear the best part twice,"thank you Jesus." Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
During hurricane season, people start cutting all the trees that pose a danger to their houses, and really I can't blame them for that. Always a joy to hear from you Juliana, God's peace. Mr. Ed
I have used metal cages before, and the metal ones are stronger, but I prefer the plastic ones more, they open wider. Thanks for your suggestion and for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Muito obrigado por suas palavras gentis e respeito, estou grato por você reservar um tempo para assistir. Até a próxima vez, irmão da paz de Deus. Sr. Ed
Thanks Darien, glad you liked it. Hey, did you know that Mike Barry and I are very good friends? We have been knowing each other for over 10 years and met by attending the same Bee Club meeting. Keep up your good works. God's peace my little brother. Mr. Ed
Mr Ed, why do you grow a beard? I'm a relative new viewer so I don't know if you have a particular reason for it. This was a breathtaking queen catch for sure with a lot of suspense. I was relieved you got her in the end. A shout out to your saw expert Tony. It's great that he wants to help the bees and calls you when he sees a hive in a tree that has to come down.
The reason I grow my beard is because I have such a distaste for cold weather. Growing a beard really does keep my face warmer, but once our winter is over and the heat returns, the beard comes off. I loved the drama of this wrangling adventure, but grateful it happens infrequently. No doubt, Tony is a great guy and an excellent tree surgeon. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
My heart sank when you lost the Queen.. The disappointment in your voice after the elation of finding her. So happy you found her and got her secured.
A happy ending is always a great thing. Thanks for watching. God's peace Phil.

What a great way to start my morning. Great laughs, great rescue and perfect ending. Always a joy watching you.

Mr. Ed
I always enjoy the tree cut outs. Too bad the sawdust ruins the honey, but at least the bees will feast😁 Watch out for Delta and stay safe👍💕😊
In a way, I don't mind keeping the honey for myself. With the onset of fall and the beginning of our winter dearth, the bees welcome such a windfall of honey. Thanks for your concern and for watching. Till the next one, God's peace.
Mr. Ed
God Bless you, Bee Rescuer... where you can! You grow an amazing beard! Thank you for sharing your videos!
Thanks you so much for your blessings. It is a real joy for me to share my bee wrangling adventures, and I'm ever grateful to all who follow along. Thanks so much for watching. God's peace Jeanne.
Mr. Ed
I sure do enjoy these videos. Always entertaining and Educational.
Jeff, you are terrific example of a follower of Christ. You live it !
Mr. Ed
So excited every single time. I love watching you find the queen!
Finding the queen is like getting an unexpected present, I do tend to get a bit excited about it. Of course on this video that happened more than once. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Tony, the chainsaw surgeon. Great job to you both. Praise Jesus.
Amen to that! Tony is an artist with a chainsaw for sure. Thanks for watching. God's peace Andy.
Mr. Ed
Woohoo a happy ending love your videos Mr Ed
Everybody loves a happy ending, but you need the drama throughout to really appreciate it. I'm happy you are following along Nicole, thank you for that. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Great drama! Great video!
Best wishes
Tim
🤦🏼♀️ Lexi spent most of the time we were outside telling us how cold she was and how much she didn't appreciate being outside, and hasn't moved from her heated bed since we were allowed back in.)
...and wait, bees get stuck in the hose?! I don't think I recall you ever mentioning that before! And I know you don't normally name your queens, but I'm pretty sure that's Queen Dorothy, after Dietrich, the famous escape artist. 😂
Hope you and yours are all safe, and outside Delta's path.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Jeff I have been keeping my Guardian Angel on OT most of my life. Thank God HE has a purpose for us. Blessings to you!!
Love the video Mr. Ed!! Lot's of drama! I love it I am laughing at u ! "I'm so hapi you found your QUEEN!!!"
I always love hearing when folks like the videos I make, it makes me want to continue posting them. Trust me, I was laughing at myself all through this video, and I'm happy it all turned out well. I hope you and your little girl are well. God's peace Mona.

Always enjoy your videos! I bet I'm not the only one who's heart skipped a beat a couple times in this one. Hope you are well.
I had a roller coaster ride day on this adventure, but in the end, all turned out well, and the bees are doing great! Mom loved your latest card, of course she loves them all, but she really likes the stitched ones. You are so kind! Thanks for watching. God's peace Stephonie and family.

@@JeffHorchoff I am so happy to hear she loved it! How are all of you doing after hurricane/tropical storm Delta made it's way through?

That was the most dramatic bee remover video I have seen to date. I was yelling, OMG, Jeff! Get her in the cage! lol
I'm taking a drama course at school right now, and I turned this video in as a presentation. I got an A plus on it. God's peace Roger.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff really should change my email back around but don't want to. My name is Kimberly. Lol Glad you got an A. Hahahaha
I am Groot! 😂
Looked like some fat lighter in that tree. I bet it smelled good if it was.
Gosh you gave me a heart attack with that queen!!!😳
Looks like we doged another bullet.
Mr. Ed
Stay safe during the hurricane Jeff.
Thanks for your concern Joey, we dodged yet another one. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
That was one cool video. Nice to meet Tony the Tree Guy too! He and Jeff the Bee Guy make a great duo! 😂
Mr. Ed
Phew 😅 caught the Queen 👑 Bee 🐝 at last. Artistry in action from Tony in felling that tree 🌲. Congratulations 🥳 Geoff!
Of course I had to add all the drama to make it interesting. Thanks for watching. God's peace Narelle.
Mr. Ed
Good thing you have perseverance, she was determined to escape! Next time, get your queen cage out of your pocket and put it some place handy before you start! That's a free tip - no charge! LoL Sorry - could not resist. Great video, thank you!
Always love getting tips.....especially when they are free. Glad you liked the video Julie, thanks for watching. God's peace.

And His peace be with you.
And I loved the video!!
My buddy Tony is a real chainsaw artist, no tree can beat him. God's peace Charlene.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Oh nice lucky you and Tony are friends then .
There's always excitement when it comes to wrangling bees, although sometimes we'd prefer a little less. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed

The first piece of equipment I saw in the video was that crane, and I feared for a greater tragedy.
I almost didn't watch because of that!
That was pretty underhanded of me, I was trying a bit of click bait for sure, but I'm sure you were relieved to find out the real reason for the title of the video. God's peace.

Mr. Ed
Not so fun for you, dropping the queen twice, but at least we all get two "thank you Jesus" moments! Can't beat that!
Actually, I never dropped her once, both times she escaped. The first time through the broken cage, and the second time she flew out the cage before I could close it. Still in the end, she wound up captured. Still, we did get to hear the best part twice,"thank you Jesus." Thanks for watching. God's peace.

@@JeffHorchoff I did not That you guys were friends That is awesome I go to a Bing meeting to in Greenfield Indiana
