I’m trying to figure out what size shock wrench I need to adjust the pre load ? I ask customer support but I’m not sure they knew exactly what I was asking the told a 5mm hex I think that’s to remove it I just wanna tighten the spring?
The shock is air shock so there is no jam nut to adjust pre-load. Use a shock pump linked to adjust the air pressure for preload from both front and rear shocks

Have you ever bought an extra battery for the ridstar q20 from their website? I bought one and haven’t gotten a confirmation now I’m a little worried
Extra battery from manufacturers are typically used expensive and then hard to carry. For $200 you can add a 2nd battery under the seat for longer range see video

My seller says that it has a 1200w, 3000w peak motor, why isnt it 1500w like yours?
