- finally we can spawn as babu hypsi. I love that fluffy cutie and now we can enjoy it even if we don't get an egg. the grow time is pretty long for such a tiny dino, but, I don't care. it's too cute to complain :)

A video that ends with you alive as a Hypsi? Impossible. That Dibble horning the Ptera was incredible.
yeah, I would have loved to keep playing a little more and finish with a bang, but, my PC is in troubles. the water pump is broken

Seeing a Hypsi video, instant click. Nice to see this kind of addon, it may makes the life difficult but at least mutations are available and can increase playstyle variety. Once climbing added then these cuties will rule the Isle.

Still needs its tree-climbing, nest-building and venom-customization abilities, but this is a good start. A lot of current herbivores are really suffering incomplete or dated movesets - especially compared to what the carnivores are getting in recent months. Hope the devs add more interesting abilities to tenonto and pachy as well, because they're going to need it with omi raptors getting their broken pounce mechanic.
can't wait for climbing as hypsi too. teno on the other hand is fine. it always had the best abilities. 4 different attacks and 3 of them are pretty strong. even claws are strong. teno is one of the strongest dinos in my opinion, but also the one which is the most difficult to master. but, there are teno players out there (not me) who destroy 2 carnos with easy. or 2-3 ceras.
broken pounce? jeez mate, you shouldn't watch those videos of the many crybabies around. the same guys cried a few month ago about omni being useless and too weak. the devs destroyed omni ^^ don't fall for that clickbait. it's just a new feature which has to and will be adapted until it's fine
Teno honestly is probably one of the most perfect playables! It has the most variety in attacks can jump and has the weight to tussle with carnivores like cera n carno. Honestly it’s quite tragic we haven’t received the same amount of variety of attacks for any other playable :/
One of my favorite memories of The Isle was being nested in as a Hypsi on Spiro and then when I was full grown, I also nested. Then we had a whole army of Hypsiilophodons for a good hour just messing around and having fun, it was great! I'm glad you can be a babu now to get mutations. Thanks for the video Mombie!

Every time I play Hypsi nobody ever seen to know de wei, so I have to spit on them as per the custom.
Oh, I guess they had to add growth so it could get all of its mutations. It wasn't able to before. I thought were just going to have you select them retroactively.
yeah, could be the reason. I'm just happy we finally start as fluffy little cutie without the once in a year chance to get an egg
@@da.mombie For real, I actually did find another Hypsi the other day and wanted to nest but it hissed at me. I think it thought I was mix packing with a diablo I happened to hide behind to save myself from a raptor. :/
@@HaughtyToast amazing you even found one. the last couple of times my hypsi was nothing but lonely. so, you have to be friend with other herbs. that's no mixpacking to me
thats by far the cutest little dogchicken, if this were real life they definitely would become pets... Perfect size, dogsized fast running cute as hell birds thus this very weak bird would be the most successful in survival through being cute and humans would breed it like cats and dogs
well, it would end like many other pets. they would become a birthday present for kids. fluffy, cute, tiny. but, as soon as they grow bigger, scream loudly and spit on the walls, it would end in an animal shelter

i dont want hypsi to start as baby bc before if i wanted to make a nest i could just quickly spawn in as hypsi with my friend
if there would be more nest, then I would agree. but, the chance to get an egg and start as fluffy babu was so low. so, I am glad I can play this cutie whenever I want now

hypsi should definitely have small wings that make it glide or at least not take fall damage since very few people play it I think it would add a very interesting feature not too unbalanced
it will be able to climb trees. can't wait for that, but, I also enjoy hypsi very much as it is. just a shame you barely find another one to nest with
I'd rather get a creature known for gliding to do that. We could have an archaeopteryx who's flight has crazy stamina drain but it glides way faster than other flyers or something. Or even just a typical glider like a scansoriopterygid, or sharovipterygid.

I love it. I agree that 30 minutes with perfect diet is a lot for such a tiny dino. but personally I don't care. I love the fluffy juvie and enjoy each minute with it

Oops, I think the troodon that killed you there may have been me, I've killed a baby default looking hyspi on that same cliff in the same server
was a funny scene. I was dead while I was still wondering what exactly is teleporting around me the south is so terribel right now ^^ but, I loved the blood puddle and hope you got me body out of the rock I was sinking into
@@da.mombie Your corpse rolled to the very bottom of the cliff but it was still inside the cliff's hitbox so I couldn't get the food sadly

These Hypsi are so adorable very cool their are mutations could you explain them?
mutations are the same for every dino. I chose the one where you can hear carni footsteps from 50% more distance. which is pretty helpful for smaller dinos in my opinion. the other two mutations were for more less fall damage and more distance to even break a leg at first.
I think there is fall damage mutation on Herra.

There are a lot of mutations that really help hera. The swimming ones are good for it also. Rounds it out a bit more.

honestly, I have no idea. the overall performance on the test server is bad in general. but, they are messing with more player slots and so I expected issues. the south is weird tho. it was already a problem on the regular servers. still, it's tough to say, because the south is also a new hotspot and often has 40+ players around

not recently. but, this is more a matter of time imo. if you play before noon or noon on EU server, then there are often Chinese players. late afternoon or evening I barely met one tho. probably a timezone thing.

When Hypsilophodon is now spawned as a baby, pteranodon now has no choice but to get a small amount of meat

40 minutes to grow a hypsi tho? That’s way to long for a Dino that gets one shot by every Dino in the roster, it should take no longer than 15 mins
gateway looks cool but its a garbage map needs more water and less chokepoints. and the stamina is a trash system was way better before
