This is Ushijima's last high school volleyball game. When he says to Hinata and Kageyama "I will beat you next time," he's basically saying that he will face them again in the pro league. In a way, he's acknowledging both of them as great players capable of standing on the same pro level as him in the future.
For reference, Tendō’s line “Farewell, my paradise” is really meaningful. Shiratorizawa was the only place he could play the way he wanted without feeling ashamed or being judged. They accepted him and made him feel loved just the way he is. He made friends for once and felt joy in a new way. Now it’s gone. He doesn’t plan on playing volleyball anymore so he’s saying goodbye to his one true “paradise” that made him whole. Also, in Japan it’s not very common for parents to come to sporting events since it’s such a hard-working country. They’re usually at work while their kids are destroying each other on the volleyball court. Also also, you missed an after credit scene! It’s not that big of a deal though because it shows it in the small recap at the beginning of season 4. You should watch the Land vs Air OVA before season 4. It’s 2 episodes and should be on Crunchyroll! Last thing, notice how earlier in the season the Shiratorizawa coach (Washijo) said he would make every team member walk back to school if he wasn’t satisfied with the way they played. Even though they lost, they all got to ride the bus back.
I would say watch the credits scene even if you don't record it. Yeah there's the recap with it, but I always felt like the credits scene was a really special way to show's next direction.
17:05 "Super volleyball idiot" is a pretty accurate translation of what Leon said there. The genuine gasps and mouth aghast at 20:21 was hilarious. I was like “This is a stronger response than with Tsukki’s block- oh right she’s a Libero.” XD
Nishinoya's double block is probably the most insane play in the match. Tsukki's block is more hype because you can see him suddenly fall in love with volleyball and finally get excited, but nishinoya's block was just crazy.
And he decided to quit because of this game. Like that's heavy but shows this isn't something he really wanted to do the rest of his life. I think this game helped him realize his mindset in volleyball wasn't the healthiest.
"Volleyball idiots" is the literal translation for the episode, and how Shiratorizawa likes to call Ushijima, but it doesn't necessarily mean something bad or insulting. In Japanese it is used more to refer to people who are crazy about something and can't think of anything else, almost like saying "they go dumb for..." i guess. In this case the title of the episode makes a reference to how Hinata and Ushijima "go dumb for volleyball" cause they love it so much. Hope it helps! Thanks for the reaction!!
@@hyrochow I would say that because of context, the word "nerd" might not apply that much. I think it goes more along the lines that they're "idiots" because of their drive and passion to play, and are willing to push through anything to do crazy plays, and how good they are.
@@sofieeh I'd say both words have similar connotations - an undying love and an unquenchable passion for something (subjective to each individual's respective journey, of course, but ykwim). Over here (in India) we use a whole bunch of such words (crazy, mad, nerd - to name some) alternatively for people who exhibit those traits. Does it have negative connotations also used to troll/bully people? Yes. But I'd say that coming from the right person the respectable/positive connotations (also doubling down as positive reinforcement, 'compliments') could get exponentially amplified.
haha, "volleyball idiots" is indeed the literal correct translation. It means that these guys just breathe volleyball into their veins and everything else matter little to them
Small detail but the Shiritorizawa Coach said, “You’re running back to school if you play a bad game.” and one of the first things he says after the loss was, “Get on the bus.” Another detail is that Ushijima is a third year definitely becoming a pro, and on his last high school game he says “I’ll defeat you next time.” showing how he believes that Kageyama and Hinata could go pro and fight him on a national stage~
I also absolutely love the coach's relationship with shoyo. Like we see it continue later on in the training camp but he so desperately needs shoyo to fail because if he succeeds he has to acknowledge that he himself gave up in his dreams not because he couldn't compete at his height, but because he didn't have the drive or desire to continue when faced with the same difficulties as shoyo
Yes I love how he is happy enough with the game to let them rest on their way home, but also believes enough in them to make them practice even harder once they get there!
"ASAHI, LASTOOOOO!!!" The matchball will never not give me chills. The entire backstory leading up to it, starting all the way back in Season 2 when Hinata and Kageyama met Ushijima and Hinata stole his ball but also during the match, especially from Tsukki, the symbolism when the entire team comes together, all six crows, to beat the great white eagle, the awesome animations, especially that beautiful rotating shot and while all of this is happening we have "Battle of Concepts", one of the best pieces of the entire soundtrack playing in the background. All of this combined is just *chefs kiss* ❤❤❤
The thing that got me emotional was at the part with the representation of ushijima holding hinata and tsukki down with his overwhelming ability. I was emotional because the people who supported them to get back up, tanaka, asahi and daichi, were the ones they just said have never taken a break the whole game. They should be the most exhausted, and yet they were the ones to come in clutch when the first years needed support. That's SO amazing.
When you first learn that all of Season 3 is a single match it sounds crazy. But when you talk to anyone who has actually sat through it(multiple times for many of us)it never feels that long. The pacing is great, it's filled to the brim with so many memorable moments. Anyhow thanks for having us for another season of Haikyuu, hope you have a wonderful holidays. See you next year✌️
Oh my god, that is SOOO true! The first time I finished up to the training camp in S4 and then casually scrolled up to the past eps, I was SHOCKED when I saw the Shiratorizawa match was the whole S3 (I had caught that all the plays were taking up entire episodes, but I hadn't noticed S3 was only 10 eps the first time around)! Context: I'm not a manga person, I stumbled on Haikyuu randomly while surfing around Netflix last year. And now this is my 4th time watching the S3 Finale (2nd time was with Coach Donny, 3rd was a 'collage compilation' of some other reaction channels).
@@thatfilmydesaikid mm despite not being a manga person I would 100% recommend reading the manga (even from just around season4 and up / chapter 200 and up) I can’t describe how amazing it is. Truly a piece of art
The scene where suga, daichi and asahi hugs each other right after the win always makes me cry a few tears (tears of joy/happiness ofc). The moment you realize they achieved what they said they wanted to when they joined karasuno just affects me massively. "knowing" the effort and hours they have put into the past years makes it even better 👏🏻
@@elisabethn2893 i know that feeling so well. Especially when i know what is about to happen. The facial expressions and everything just hits home, and feels a bit overwhelming to be completely honest ❤️
SOMETHING IMPORTANT: THERE'S A SPECIAL 2 EPISODE OVA CALLED "LAND VS AIR" PLEASE WATCH IT BEFORE MOVING ON TO SEASON 4 BECAUSE IF YOU DONT IT WILL CAUSE SOME CONFUSION AFTERWARDS
I wish Haikyuu had like more Ova episodes showing us more about nationals that took place while Karasuno was building their team... Like to actually see teams like Shiratorizawa representing Miyagi prefecture at Nationals
@@brickwall6247 i completely agree, we need more views into other team's playstyles and what the players on their side of the court think while playing.
These are very short glimpse of the ending for the other teams after their match. Around 2-6 minutes. Shiratorizawa - ruclips.net/video/Utjg2EmYqE8/видео.html Aoba Johsai - ruclips.net/video/Lao54_hFaA0/видео.html If I'm not mistaken, these scenes are found after the credits of the recap of the entire season. Stay safe! Happy holidays 😁😁
As far as I understand, Ushijima is already set to represent Japan at the national level, so he's guaranteed to go pro. Him telling Kageyama and Hinata that he'll beat them "next time" is not only a challenge but high praise because they're first years and he's about to graduate, so the next time they would logically have a chance to play against each other would be at the professional level
Not gonna lie was waiting for your reaction to nishinoya's double save 😂 On a side note don't forget to react to the season 4 ova before yiu start season four. It's called land vs sky and it has 2 episodes and leads into season 4.
Honestly you nailed that last scene on the head. I feel like this show makes people emotional because at its heart is about the fulfillment of dreams but at the same time the loss of them That being said, excited for you to meet some of these national players. I feel like you’re gonna like some of them
31:00 the moment that sealed it for me and had tears coming down my face: Tsukki's brother bragging and the girls saying what everyone was thinking, "they did it, they really did it.."
Everything about this climax is perfect and I’ve been waiting for you to see it since your very first reaction vid. The visualization of the pressure Ushiwaka put on Hinata and Tsukki and the team relieving them, the animation and that gorgeous 360 degree pan, the symbolism of the crows and the eagle, and the amazing music all make this probably my favorite climax from any anime I’ve ever watched. So glad you loved it! The OVAs are on Crunchyroll as well and they give us a glimpse at Nekoma’s qualifiers. You should watch them before you start season 4. Also, you missed the end credits scene at the end of episode 10! And finally, EVERYONE BRACE FOR THE ART SHIFT!
YES! Can we talk about how great "The battle of the concepts" OST is? I feel like people don't really appreciate/pay attention to it, I love this OST and listen to it too often lol
I can't believe season 3 is already over!!! So excited for season 4 tho, probably my favourite one🥰🥰🥰 and Vic always brightening our days with her reactions🤧♥️♥️
You are honestly my favourite reactor but the crossover between coach donny and you was the cherry on top and I hope you guys consider collabing because all you insights are just wonderful! I’m so happy to have been apart of this ride and I can’t wait for you to see more!
Fun fact - seemingly for the celebration in this episode alone, the deputy principal won a popularity contest in Japan after this season for the most popular character in the season for his Tupe waving antics 🤣
Aight Vic, now that you've finished s3, I'm pretty sure a lot of us would very much like to know your own starting 6 w/ libero out of all the seasons you've watched it's gonna be interesting. Also, have fun on your break! Luv ya
The Battle Of Concepts (the song during the final rally) is a solid staple in my workout playlist. Good thing I work out alone at home and not in a gym, cuz I am in danger of bursting out crying everytime it comes on. You can't help but visualize this moment every time you hear that song.
The moment you mentions you were a libero and were going to watch the series I instantly thought of how you would react to Noya’s moment in the finals. And it did not disappoint! Proud to be a HHH and can’t wait for more moments I’m thinking of in season 4 👀 happy holidays we love you Vic!
I’m really nervous/excited to see what you think about next season’s…..style. I personally don’t mind it, but as mother volleyball yourself, your opinion matters most
@@h4mmy191 Depends which part. Part 1 has consistently amazing animation. Part 2 doesn't, but the best animation in season 4 is better than the best animations in other seasons in my opinion.
She's not a weeb so she probably won't care about a minimal change in artstyle and will mainly focus on the story and volleyball side of the series like she always has lol.
When the setter told Ushijima that he would get the balls to him while he's still "of use" he means that Ushijima was getting very tired (as can be seen from this 3rd spike in a row, he wasn't able to jump properly and hit the net). So Ushijima was saying he's very tired and that he might not be able to hit every ball anymore.
17:05 The translation is roughly correct Leon is literally calling him sth like "great volleyball idiot" I think romanized it would be "chou volleyball baka" What he's trying to say is that Ushijima is so into volleyball that he's able to pull of the most ridiculous/crazy plays cuz he has nothing but volleyball on his mind 20:20 The Guardian Deity of Karasuno iz in da HOUSE!!! as a side note it's pretty amazing that Ushijima still had enough power to jump for the block after having just spiked The visual metaphor of the 2nd and 3rd years supporting Shoyo and Kei to beat the 1 man army called Ushijima Wakatoshi always sends chills down my spine ^^ 29:45 Mobbing -Yachi Hitoka
Yes! Best reaction video! I was waiting for that Nishinoya double save because it's my favorite, and the image of the whole team coming together to help each other up makes me so emotional. And Tsukki just shines throughout this whole match! I loved this season so much! Also, I honestly would watch a reaction to your past reactions lmao
Seeing our third years bawling their eyes out gets me every single time. They worked so hard for that moment, and this was their last chance to make it to Nationals 😭
17:02 Yeah, when they say '' super volleyball idiot'' they don't mean ''stupid/dumb'' in this case. It means that they're ''volleyball idiots'' or in other words, people that'' only have volleyball in their heads'' (Hinata and Kageyama are also Volleyball idiots) It's kinda like the difference between calling someone a ''maniac'' vs a ''Volleyball maniac''
Every time I watch that noya play I'm out of my chair just like that. Absolutely ridiculous! And Yeah don't forget to watch the 2 OVA episodes "Land vs Air" & "Path of the ball" before jumping to season 4. They're kind of connectors to the next season.
"Farewell, my paradise" -Tendou Satori Hands down my most favorite line from this series. It gave me chills the first time I read/heard it. Sooooo many people only play sports "competitively" through high school and it's the pinnacle for them. They may play rec league or club sports, but it's usually not the same. So many years spent practicing and working to reach the top, only to have it ripped away from you at the end, and there isnsuch a finality to it. They were third years, they can't get another shot...... I love when he says they can interview him when the inevitable doc on Ushiwaka comes out!!
Vic: * quiet throughout the first half of the episode to make sure to process everything * Also Vic: * proceeds to talk over precisely the most pivotal lines of the episode and subsequently being confused by it * lmao *And that's why we love her*
Just so you’re prepared, please know that the art style for season 4 is different than the previous seasons. It’s not necessarily bad, it’s just different enough to be jarring and will likely take time to get used to. But the *plot* of season 4 is so so great and that’s what really matters!
Not sure if anyone said it before but there is a post credits scene in this episode as well which you might have missed Victoria. It will be the starting scene of season 4 so you won't really miss out on it I guess :)
I can say that we were all waiting for your reaction on Nishinoya's amazing double save!!! I kept on repeating your reactions there because it was, like, the best one out of all the reactors I've seen. And that was the same exact reaction I had. (I was screaming and my family thought I was fighting someone or dying haha!) ALSO! AS OF THIS MOMENT!! I REALLY LOVE HOW THERE'S NO DISLIKES ON THIS VIDEO! ASFJHASKJFGH! Such an amazing feat. Like how?! I mean, we all loved this video but there are some people who just, I don't know, clicks the dislike button without any reason or just because of a small detail they don't like. ANYWAY!! Thank you for giving us these reactions. We're happy that we have come this far! Three seasons and still having a blast. I must say, Haikyuu!! really does suck people in once they start watching it and/or reading it. Wishing you and your whole family a great holidays. We'll be here when you get back!
Happy Holidays Vic! I hope you have a great two months. I do recommend watching the Haikyuu Land vs Air OVAs which show the prefecture qualifier for Tokyo (which is where Nekoma and Fukurodani are), although unlike Miyagi (where Karasuno is) who only gets one representative in nationals, Tokyo gets three representatives.
Every time I see the sempais hug in ep 10 I get tears in the corners of my eyes. Also the metaphors about them being under the pressure of Ushijima's talent ALWAYS gets my hype no matter how many times I watch. Gosh I love Ep 10.
VIIIIIIC, there's a post scene in this episode, it's very important (although the beginning of season 4 is the same scene with a different art style). And don't forget OVAs "Land Vs Air", it's listed as a different season on Crunchyroll so you have to watch it BEFORE season 4 please. And I'm sure you'll like it.
The third-years crying when they realize that wouldn't be their last game in the team always tears me up T.T I mean, literally, if they lost this game THAT WAS IT for them. They graduate and wouldn't play for Karasuno anymore, some even not play volleyball anymore. They tried and failed to go to the nationals 2 years in a row. They could have given up midway. Asahi almost did. But THEY MADE IT! *It was their last chance to do it together, and they did it!! T.T*
Watching Daichi's hand descend from above to help his teammates will always be my absolutely favorite moment form this show. Literal chills. Also props to Hinata for receiving Ushijima's spike with the face. Im pretty sure that would've send me to heaven in FedEx right away lol
Yeah, this episode is called バレー馬鹿たち (baree bakatachi) which literally means "volley(ball) idiots" lol. baka means idiot, and the suffix -tachi is for a group of individuals. though it's worth saying that in japanese, you can call someone a "_______ idiot" to mean that they can only think about that thing. in case you thought it meant someone who's dumb at volleyball
@@iloveans exactly, like instead of "an idiot when it comes to volleyball" which is kind of how it sounds in english, i think "fool for volleyball" is a good way to translate it.
THE DOUBLE DIG LET'S **** GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Also I love how much heart Tendou has for the game and for the relationships he's built in his team!
If you wanted to do a guessing game the best way would be get soundclips of the voiceactors doing roles in other animes and then you have to identify which Haikyuu character that Voice actor is for
OMG :0 I was never so early like today Although I have seen this game more than 10 times, I always get excited like the first time xDD Can't wait for Season 4 with the true start of Shoyo's development
To think that these are just drawings, that this is just an animated series. Yet it conveys so much emotion, it is so well written we get to care for these characters, all of them, on both sides of the court, we get excited and tense up every time we watch these two episodes, even if we know the outcome, we get to tear up with Daichi, Suga and Asahi, we laugh at Oikawa's snarky comments and we feel for Wakatoshi and Tendo. We get excited at what's to come for next season alongside all of Karasuno. All that hype and those emotion in just a drawing. This is just amazing.
At 13:10, Shirabu is referring to Ushijima being tired and less fit to spike. You can see in the last spike he does in the previous play that he was straining to get up and that’s why he hit the net because he didn’t jump as high.
Ahhhhhhhhhh! I can't believe you finished season 3 already!!! YOUR BOI TSUKKI WAS MVP!!! And now the season 4 HYPE IS REAL!!! BTW, there was a very important after-credit scene here that you missed (it's relevant to season 4's plot during the first half of the season). Also, there's an OVA in 2 episodes where you see some of the other teams playing to qualify for nationals, so I'd definitely recommend you watch them before you start season 4. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
Happy Holidays Victoria and we will wait. I got to say that season 4 is up there in my favorite season. Who am I kidding every season is my favorite. Haikyuu is just so damn good!
Missed an after credit scene + theres an extra scene from shiratorizawa's perspective of after the game. If you can include those in the next video before the next episode plays thatd be lovely :) and although its been commented a ton already - make sure to watch the OVA land vs air (2 episodes should be on crunchyroll) before starting s4
Definitely would watch you reacting to your older videos. Aside from really enjoying other youtubers doing similar things, the chance for you to be in the homies shoes when (as you often do) either pause to predict something just before it happens/ point out an issue just before the characters realize it sounds really interesting to watch. The “you” that has already seen season 1 and 2 watching the “you” that hasn’t is like being able to check out the ‘caught up on anime’ homies experience first watching you.
"ASAHI, LASTOOOOO!!!"
The matchball will never not give me chills.
Same, I'm a mess even before Suga has time to join the group hug lol
Shiratorizawa - ruclips.net/video/Utjg2EmYqE8/видео.html
Aoba Johsai - ruclips.net/video/Lao54_hFaA0/видео.html
If I'm not mistaken, these scenes are found after the credits of the recap of the entire season.
Stay safe! Happy holidays 😁😁
YES PLS 🙏
UP!
Up!
up
omg i hope vic watches these
up
As far as I understand, Ushijima is already set to represent Japan at the national level, so he's guaranteed to go pro. Him telling Kageyama and Hinata that he'll beat them "next time" is not only a challenge but high praise because they're first years and he's about to graduate, so the next time they would logically have a chance to play against each other would be at the professional level
Not gonna lie was waiting for your reaction to nishinoya's double save 😂
On a side note don't forget to react to the season 4 ova before yiu start season four. It's called land vs sky and it has 2 episodes and leads into season 4.
Especially after a couple episodes ago when she said “Nishinoya is better than that”. All I could think was “wait for it…..”
it did not disappoint
@@hurricane23668 Actually we said "Wait for it...." probably in all episodes. lol
23:31 Vic really went from "I don't like the flashbacks, I want to get back to the game" to "I love seeing all this hard work", love to see it
17:05 I like the way the dub translates it, as Leon saying that Ushijima is "an absolute fool for volleyball."
The VA work in the dub isn’t as strong but the translators and writers really do fantastic with the English script.
Honestly you nailed that last scene on the head. I feel like this show makes people emotional because at its heart is about the fulfillment of dreams but at the same time the loss of them
That being said, excited for you to meet some of these national players. I feel like you’re gonna like some of them
The ending episode of this season is probably my favorite Haikyuu episode, and I don't think I need to explain why. HHH we're here early!!
def in my top 3 as well but "Monsters Ball" first place all the way
31:00 the moment that sealed it for me and had tears coming down my face: Tsukki's brother bragging and the girls saying what everyone was thinking, "they did it, they really did it.."
So many amazing moments in S4 AAAAAAH ❤❤❤❤
You are honestly my favourite reactor but the crossover between coach donny and you was the cherry on top and I hope you guys consider collabing because all you insights are just wonderful! I’m so happy to have been apart of this ride and I can’t wait for you to see more!
Fun fact - seemingly for the celebration in this episode alone, the deputy principal won a popularity contest in Japan after this season for the most popular character in the season for his Tupe waving antics 🤣
The 3rd years hugging always gets me. Hinata texting Kenma is so cute. Watching you react to yourself would be fantastic!
Aight Vic, now that you've finished s3, I'm pretty sure a lot of us would very much like to know your own starting 6 w/ libero out of all the seasons you've watched it's gonna be interesting.
Also, have fun on your break! Luv ya
Wouldn't it be smart to wait until she finishes season 4 for that?
The Battle Of Concepts (the song during the final rally) is a solid staple in my workout playlist.
Good thing I work out alone at home and not in a gym, cuz I am in danger of bursting out crying everytime it comes on. You can't help but visualize this moment every time you hear that song.
So excited for what’s in store for you in season 4!! Just enjoy the animation these last episodes 😅✨
Yup. Can't wait to see her reactions in January
@@naylisyazwina6836 did she say that shes gonna wait until january to start season 4?
@@kiyoshi9807 yeah at the end of the video
@@kiyoshi9807 she has to plan her wedding and Christmas is coming
The moment you mentions you were a libero and were going to watch the series I instantly thought of how you would react to Noya’s moment in the finals. And it did not disappoint! Proud to be a HHH and can’t wait for more moments I’m thinking of in season 4 👀 happy holidays we love you Vic!
I’m really nervous/excited to see what you think about next season’s…..style. I personally don’t mind it, but as mother volleyball yourself, your opinion matters most
Yeah, I don’t think it’s awful either, but it’s definitely a jarring change. Especially when you’re used to the old style. 🤔
I thought it was amazing!!! I think Vic will like it too...
the style may be good(
only in some episodes the style is really good) but the animation is ... horrible
17:05 The translation is roughly correct
Leon is literally calling him sth like "great volleyball idiot" I think romanized it would be "chou volleyball baka"
What he's trying to say is that Ushijima is so into volleyball that he's able to pull of the most ridiculous/crazy plays cuz he has nothing but volleyball on his mind
20:20 The Guardian Deity of Karasuno iz in da HOUSE!!!
as a side note it's pretty amazing that Ushijima still had enough power to jump for the block after having just spiked
The visual metaphor of the 2nd and 3rd years supporting Shoyo and Kei to beat the 1 man army called Ushijima Wakatoshi always sends chills down my spine ^^
29:45 Mobbing
-Yachi Hitoka
33:55 oh my god she missed one of the funniest line😭😭😭 "i'd rather die than see the awards ceremony" lmaooo😭😭
Seeing our third years bawling their eyes out gets me every single time. They worked so hard for that moment, and this was their last chance to make it to Nationals 😭
Ahhhhhhh the moment we've all been waiting for. Don't worry, literally every person I watch react cries lol. See you at 4x24!
17:02 Yeah, when they say '' super volleyball idiot'' they don't mean ''stupid/dumb'' in this case. It means that they're ''volleyball idiots'' or in other words, people that'' only have volleyball in their heads'' (Hinata and Kageyama are also Volleyball idiots)
It's kinda like the difference between calling someone a ''maniac'' vs a ''Volleyball maniac''
Every time I watch that noya play I'm out of my chair just like that. Absolutely ridiculous! And Yeah don't forget to watch the 2 OVA episodes "Land vs Air" & "Path of the ball" before jumping to season 4. They're kind of connectors to the next season.
I was waiting for you to react to Noya's double recieve 😭it literally gives me chills everytime it's so awesome
I bawled like a baby when I was watching and they won they came so far I was so proud 🥲
"Farewell, my paradise" -Tendou Satori
Hands down my most favorite line from this series.
Vic: * quiet throughout the first half of the episode to make sure to process everything *
Also Vic: * proceeds to talk over precisely the most pivotal lines of the episode and subsequently being confused by it * lmao
*And that's why we love her*
its so frustrating and funny at the same time
@@janineherowitsch1671 ikr I'm like screaming at the screen while also rolling on the floor
I just wish she paused more. Why not pause more?
@@lyrrr.8059 Idk maybe she doesn't want to make the reaction longer than it already is, but idk
Don't worry Vic, I have yet to watch that last play without crying. It gets me every time
Just so you’re prepared, please know that the art style for season 4 is different than the previous seasons. It’s not necessarily bad, it’s just different enough to be jarring and will likely take time to get used to. But the *plot* of season 4 is so so great and that’s what really matters!
Literally watching the whole episode on double time so i can finish it during my lunch break xD
Not sure if anyone said it before but there is a post credits scene in this episode as well which you might have missed Victoria. It will be the starting scene of season 4 so you won't really miss out on it I guess :)
im sooo excited for this video but i have to say VIC YOUR MAKEUP LOOKS GORGEOUSSSS
So ready for the rollercoaster of a finale! Have a feeling season 4 will be a hit too
I can say that we were all waiting for your reaction on Nishinoya's amazing double save!!! I kept on repeating your reactions there because it was, like, the best one out of all the reactors I've seen. And that was the same exact reaction I had. (I was screaming and my family thought I was fighting someone or dying haha!)
ALSO!
Bet you're gonna love season 4 part 1 😊
Love you...
Good morning queen, it's Thursday and 5 in the morning here in Philippines 😊❣️
That save by Nishinoya is one of the top moments of Haikyuu for me. And Oikawas face after that is hilarious
Episode 10 ALWAYS MAKES ME EMOTIONAL I'M LITERALLY TEARING UP WHILE HAVING LUNCH AT WORK WHILE WATCHING THIS 🤣
The third-years crying when they realize that wouldn't be their last game in the team always tears me up T.T
I mean, literally, if they lost this game THAT WAS IT for them. They graduate and wouldn't play for Karasuno anymore, some even not play volleyball anymore. They tried and failed to go to the nationals 2 years in a row. They could have given up midway. Asahi almost did. But THEY MADE IT! *It was their last chance to do it together, and they did it!! T.T*
Third years graduating is truly the death in high school-setting animes lol. It's a tried and tested trope, but it's a good one
Yeah being a fool for volleyball
@@iloveans exactly, like instead of "an idiot when it comes to volleyball" which is kind of how it sounds in english, i think "fool for volleyball" is a good way to translate it.
THE DOUBLE DIG LET'S **** GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Also I love how much heart Tendou has for the game and for the relationships he's built in his team!
If you wanted to do a guessing game the best way would be get soundclips of the voiceactors doing roles in other animes and then you have to identify which Haikyuu character that Voice actor is for
There are a million quizzes on RUclips too, they're my guilty pleasure content lmao
lifes been real up an ddown for me, thank you for posting these videos victoria, helps me get my mind off of my tragic life
OMG :0 I was never so early like today
Although I have seen this game more than 10 times, I always get excited like the first time xDD
Can't wait for Season 4 with the true start of Shoyo's development
To think that these are just drawings, that this is just an animated series. Yet it conveys so much emotion, it is so well written we get to care for these characters, all of them, on both sides of the court, we get excited and tense up every time we watch these two episodes, even if we know the outcome, we get to tear up with Daichi, Suga and Asahi, we laugh at Oikawa's snarky comments and we feel for Wakatoshi and Tendo. We get excited at what's to come for next season alongside all of Karasuno. All that hype and those emotion in just a drawing. This is just amazing.
17:06 that’s literally the title of this episode, they’re kinda comparing Ushijima’s and Hinata’s passion for the game in this episode.
At 13:10, Shirabu is referring to Ushijima being tired and less fit to spike. You can see in the last spike he does in the previous play that he was straining to get up and that’s why he hit the net because he didn’t jump as high.
they did a back attack with shoyo once, against their match with seijoh (oikawa's team) but he got blocked, so i think they didn't want to risk so far
The moment we've been waiting for Nishinoya's another epic save.
I can guarantee you that you can rewatch Haikyuu 5 times and still discover a lot of new things.
Please watch the end credit scene for S3E10! It sets up Season 4 :)
If you can include those in the next video before the next episode plays thatd be lovely :)
and although its been commented a ton already - make sure to watch the OVA land vs air (2 episodes should be on crunchyroll) before starting s4
(Which as a subscriber, I’d personally recommend lol)
I was waiting for her to see the credit scene :(
A year ago during Thanksgiving weekend is when I first binge watched Haikyuu and I remember the feelings I got watching this season! I’m so happy for these reactions!! Have a great holiday! Take care see you next year 💖

Love you back Victoria! You made me cry by seeing you cry! Thanks for doing this!
the next season is haikyu to the top if you dindt know :)
Trust me she knows
Funny you would mention it. A good way to practice your character voice guessing skills while having a fun time hearing their quirky interactions would be through the Haikyuu Drama CDs. Clips from them are all over RUclips. Its just the voice actors as the characters having the funniest interactions
sometimes you just arent in the mood to watch anime let alone watch it and react to it enthusiastically. some of you need to just chill and be patient.
One thing I would love to see you do is reacting to a "best moments of season 1" video followed by a season 2 and then season 3 video. Or if you decide to do a reaction to your reaction, maybe get your editor to compile footage to basically do the best and funniest moments of your reactions. Either way I still love this and really looking forward to the S4 reaction, I hope everything goes well for you over the holidays!
