Well done, Gia! Love that you connected your jogging into the mix. You really know how to make the most of what is great already. So proud to live here and consider this home!

Toured Long Beach State University while shopping for a college with my son. No other institution in CA was as rude and inhospitable. He ended-up choosing Pepperdine in Malibu and loved it.

How do you get to Long Beach sign on foot? Id like to take a picture there when I move there.

Just a quick question: which one would it be considered safe to live in?

That's a great question. If safety is the most important to you, then knowing your budget whether renting or buying will definitely help in focusing on neighborhoods. The Eastside of Long Beach is very safe just as coastal neighborhoods are as well.
