I’ve been working on a church house conversion for 8 years in Texas. It’s almost finished and ready to sell. We own it free and clear. I’m thinking an ARM loan since I expect hyperinflation. Who/how would the rate be legally calculated, and how often? How would capital gains be calculated with getting paid over time? I’ve kept receipts of my many expenses. The accountant said to claim everything. Trying to figure out whether to do a short-term loan, or 15 years on this $330,000 property? Thanks.

CA moves to the state nearest to them, makes it cost a little more for people already living there as they continue to take over. We used to be able to afford a house; which we can only mostly rent now. The prices are seeming to rise more. It wasn't this way until a certain state seems to be moving here more than others.

People are too stupid to vote…and why would i or anyone want someone who dosent read the fine print to be able to vote? You would think civil war would happen every 4 years with the stupidity going on. Its official people in general are just dumb and they prefer to be stepped on, lied to, and reliant on the government for all their needs…and wants, which is embarrassingly stupid.

Voters should wake up and repeal that proposition 19 and while I'm at it, I don't know why they didn't recall newsome couple years ago... Wake up people and start voting Republican, please!

So I moved to the valley and sold my old house, my new house had me paying 6k in property taxes for a year, filed for prop 19 and the reassement adjusted my property taxes to 2k a year. My sold house i was paying 4500$ so instead of transferring my old tax bill it's even less is that norma. I thought it would be the same not less but I'm happy with it.

If you move to Washington from California, be prepared for long, cold, dark winters that last from November to April. When the time changes in November, it's as dark as midnight at 4:00pm and can trigger seasonal depression. Also, in NE Washington and around the Cascade/Olympic Mountains, there is quite a lot of snow. You absolutely CANNOT survive the year with only summer tires and you absolutely MUST learn to drive in ice and snow.

We own our mobile home and gave us 10 days to get out landlord lied to sheriff and said that they owned the mobile home but we have the title to the mobile home and they raked it to the ground no eviction notice not even from the court they came out and said work iit os 6:43 6:43 ut with the landlord one month behind tried to pay it they wouldn't take it

The important thing is leave CA while you can. Their goal is to take all the money you or your family worked so hard for and give it to a random person whose first act was coming into the country illegally. They have even more money to give to those who can't obey any laws after that with arrests, trials, prisons, counselling, early release - just so long as they vote because they probably share your values.

The unit featured is very upgraded and doesn’t reflect most units for sale today. So if you’re expecting others to be as nice as that one, you’ll be disappointed. One thing not mentioned is there are lots of activities and clubs to join, if you’re looking for socializing. Also, the HOA is much lower than Laguna Woods. The main issue though is do you want to live in a community that is restricted by age? The only young people you’ll see will be relatives or friends just visiting. Maybe that’s okay. Maybe not.
