Does the COM port show up in Device Manager? Where you able to perform the nanoff step to install the firmware? If Device Manager does not show your device and you're using an ESP32. Make sure you have the right serial port driver installed: www.silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers docs.espressif.com/projects/esp-idf/en/latest/esp32/get-started/establish-serial-connection.html Hope this helps.
