    A good dentist is a highly underrated professional. I just barely got my first good dentist and I pray I never lose* his ass. Dude seriously does the lords work and his shots rarely hurt. His fillings stay and I'm just amazed at how he's able to sculpt my teeth back into shape. These people are proficient in so many different things it's crazy. You don’t need to remove all the infected dentin on pulpal floor. If you cleaned the walls, the case was asymptomatic, you can place your restoration according to latest articles. This will minimize risk of pulp exposure, and the caries will be arrested and die because there’s no nutrients anymore when you seal it.

    Damn, as someone who has had a lot of dental work done, I would be shocked if this tooth didn't require a root canal and crown after this. This filling is so deep that it had to be sensitive to hot and cold, as well as having a toothache. Here in the states, it would cost over 2 grand to repair this tooth properly after a filling this deep. Not knocking the doctor, just speaking from my own experience.

    Normally, you use slow speed with steel round burs to remove caries. Why don’t you use in this case?

      I am using a steel round bur. But I just upgraded my handpiece..it has more control and cooling.

    Hands down to the dedication and patience! Wonding how long does a filling usually last to be replaced? And or how long till it leaked? Thanks Doc!

      Thank you so much! It can fracture around 8 to 12 years.. but it will take a longer time before it leaks

    All my dentist does is keep pulling my teeth out :( I’m fed up of it, I don’t understand why they can’t do a treatment like this on my cavities

      Haynako dami ko na nasubukan pero walang kagaya ni doc siguro ito si dok ay mahal kaya mabusisi witch is GOOD nman tlg. Mga den ko kc na nadubukan ay mga mura kaya sloppy ang trabaho nila. Kaya minsan mas ok na ang pumunta sa mamahalin dhil pulido tlg ang gawa kisa sa mura lahat tlg masasabi mo na lng tlg. Kaya Tabi tabi na lng po 😅✌✌✌👊

      @@ivodeguzman2565 sa true lang... okay lang for me to splurge a little kung pulido naman. I will just treat it as an investment. Oral health naman din kasi siya. Question nalang talaga is saan maghanap HAHA

    doc kaya pa po kaya irestore ung medyo malalim na tsaka sumakit at nag dugo na ngipin?

    • @DrArkhedeLeon
      @DrArkhedeLeon  Год назад

      Ung pag dugo is madalas galing sa gilagid hindi sa ngipin..may mga factors pang ichecheck para masiguro kung kaya pa o hindi na

    i didn't realize just how deep into a tooth you can drill without reaching the pulp, and still be able to fuse a regular filling

    I remember having a small cavity but then when she got in there it went deeper and deep and deeper and almosted needed a root canal. I was like duck that saved me an hour of pain and 2grand lol. Plus the pain of an infected pulp feels like a sledgehammer smashing your face in. Migraine with no relief
