I always wait for your new videos. Sobrang satisfying mapanood and also, I learned a lot. Ang galing! I had a restoration done last year but I had to have it done again by a different dentist because the restoration shrunk and chipped off. While, I had 2 restorations 14 years ago, and it's perfectly okay up to this day. Anyway, I hope all the dentists do have this kind of passion like you do. Thank you for sharing a glimpse of what you dentists are doing. Great Job, Doc.

Is the composite and permanent filling are same or different?
What causes caries under a restoration? I have a similar issue and my dentist said it's because the last dentist i visited made a bad job filling my tooth.
That is absolutely not true and unprofessional by a colleague to blame another colleague for his work. Caries under restorations are caused mostly in old restorations due to microleakage. The restoration itself is not vulnerable in caries. The remain tooth structure next to it is thought. Caries develop underneath the restorations faster because they are not exprosed in fluoride (toothpaste) and in any other means of cleaning. Moreover many of the bacteria causing caries are developed in non-oxygen environment, which is the area under a restoration.

Doc question, is it normal for dentist to ask for an additional payment for teeth cleaning or pasta?
We don't have a fix amount for pasta and teeth cleaning po. Depende po kasi ito sa lalim ng sira o dumi ng ngipin.

Hello Doc, ok lang ba yung molar #2 yung tatangalin instead yung wisdom tooth? Pahiga kasi yung wisdom tooth ko and then yung molar #2 is nag momove na siya oag ginagalaw. Kaya nag decide si doc yung molar #2 na lang daw instead na mag undergo pa ng surgery. Ok lang ba yun Doc?

Why did you conditioned the dentin?? It was reeeally close to the pulp… this patient will have this tooth sensitive for a while.
