Hi! We are not familiar with the speed of Dr. Pen M8. But our pen speeds up to 17,500 RPM resulting in greater ease of treatment and increased comfort for the patient. And we recommend medium to high speed

Hello which or what kinda of alcohol did you use und also you had use hyalaronix serum, right? What about pumpkin seed oil with rosmary oil ? Thanks
Hi! Rubbing alcohol is used to prep the area. This can be a medical grade alcohol wipe or 70%+ isopropyl alcohol on a 4x4. MDPen offers and recommends using our Pure HA Serum or Cellular Renewal Serum for the treatment glide.

What do you numb the head with ? And how long do you need to wait for numbing cream to start working ? Thx
I'd recommend Lidocaine 5%, for 30 minutes . They use medical grade at 23% and its not sold to the public. They should have mentioned the preparation for this treatment.
We use Neuromed BLT Numbing Cream (Benzocaine, Lidocaine and Tetracaine) We let it sit for 15-30 mins. 😊
You wash the hair after applying the numbing cream?

Hi! You can start at .3 - 1.5 mm and make sure the client is comfortable, then you can move it up to 2 - 2.5 mm of depth 😊

Can you use 24, 36, or 42 needles? Does it matter how many needles you're using on the device?
Hi! We only offer 12 standard microneedles and 160 mini-needles. Yes, it does matter. This could depend as well on what area you are treating and how detailed the area is or how scarred it is.
so when you micro needle your making sure the plastic top piece is touching the scalp?

@@Inf7cted When you engage in microneedling at home, you have a chance of damaging your skin due to inexperience with the microneedling device and pressing too hard and actually tearing your skin (which can cause scarring and make your condition worse).

Hi! Yes. Stamping is advised during hair restoration treatments unless it is an area with virtually no visible hair, such as a receding hairline. That’s an area that could be traced.
