      @@PURETENNISsense not everyday, but I do drink it regularly. It balances the 1/2 desserts that are near expiration I find in the grocery stores.

      We make a similar one but instead of pears we use pineapples.

    Looks nice and healthy! Do you have these smoothies more for post-training recovery or just in general as a healthy, nutrient rich meal?

      I actually use them sometimes during a practice to get some sugars in the system. It's pretty refreshing when it's very cold.
      Usually it's used as a general diary nutrient rich drink. Ill have it as a "snack" or sip on it throughout the day.
