    Desmopressin is not causing vasoconstriction bcz this property is of v1 not v2 and desmopressin is selective for v2 .It is used bcz it acts on vascular endothelium and release clotting factors 8 and von Willebrands factor .reference is tara chap :Renal pharmacology. U can check it their too 🌸great lecture 💫👍
