  • If you have a partner, put them on your shoulders and walk 30-steps down and 30-steps back. If you do not have a partner, use a sandbag, or a barbell with 130+ pounds.

      The weight of another person is so much different than a barbell! It's not the most efficient exercise in a busy gym though.
