As someone who's used to DJI by now, I was excited for a brief moment here, but after watching everything this to me looks completely indistinguishable from analog. Definitely doesn't seem worth going HDZero just for this, but I guess it is a great addition for people who already own HDZero. I might just be too spoiled at this point 😅

I'm still in awe how well you guys are presenting these videos. Absolutely top-notch! And geez, I wish I knew about OFDM a couple of years ago, that explains why HDZ signals were stomping so hard on analog VRX's tuned to adjacent channels (Yes VRX, not VTX).

Just placed an order for the race BNF from Tiny Whoop. This is a truly amazing achievement. I hope Carl goes into more depth about how they manage heat on this board. There has to be some interesting engineering going on there.

Ace review ticking all the FAQs about new boards. Top work and very exciting to know more about this board. 14 layer PCB 🤯 I've said it for a while but the height of technology in FPV is going into Whoops because it's the ultimate meeting point of low weight, high speed, high power and miniaturisation. Love that we are on the cutting edge of tech, well done for pushing the limits!

Great video! My only complaint is the SPI receiver instead of serial, and even then it’s really not THAT big of an issue. Exciting times for sure!
It is crazy to see and witness the development of Tiny Whoops from the brushed quads with hot glued cam+vtx combo to now a brushed HD Whoop
I was impressed by the release of BetaFPV Air series a month ago how far Whoops have come and now HD is here in a single board 😮

where can I see more footage like the one you have as background on 10:08. That long exposure video with those leds on the whoops make for an hypnotic and easy to follow race, I would like to see more of that!

Hello Jesse. New fan. And newbie..whoop fpv piolet.. of little under a year. And i have chosen HDZERO. Since i love the whoops. Upgraded a month ago. Loving it.. but. So much to learn. So question..if i may. Can you put the cam that goes on the HDZ light on the hdz built in 5in1 ..? Would that cam be different looking. .. same with the echo. If you put lets say the lux or light cam on the eco.. would that make it better lol. Hope these are dumb question guess im asking. Not knowing the difference in the vtxs.. is the built in one.. better then the ecos vtx? Yes.just not sure about all that🤔

Yeah, we do 12 and 14 layer size boards at work, and they're more like the size of an ATX motherboard, but they're $1,500 for just the PCB. Granted, we do blind and buried bias, sub 3 mil trace width etc, all the expensive extra shit, but seeing the HDZero 5in1 AIO at $100 is competitive AF.

Great Video, the comparison at 5:30 was key. This is the 3rd review I’ve watched without that comparison. Is the quality improvement worth the 15% extra weight? No, but it’s close, 90fps might push it over the top. HD Zero fills this very narrow space. Barely too heavy, now at 65mm, and above 3.5” there’s better digital systems.
They ride the cutting edge, when the edge widens they will own it!

What's the hit on the flight time? I'm used to getting 3:30 - 4:00 on a 300mah with my whoops.
I've been getting around 2 minutes of hard racing and 3 minutes of casual flight, but it could be more if you fly more gentle than I do!
What about repairability?
This would be very, very difficult to repair
Carl and Quellet have discussed repairing AIO boards, shipping paid by customer both ways...but they will make an effort to recoup damaged boards...

I have 2 AIO5in1 on the way to convert two mobula 6 frames...plus the ECO cams...saves 100+usd over buying two BNFs...
