Thanks Jeremy! 🙌 Is there any alternative platform with current support for small teams collaboration? (4 to 10 people) An all-in-one solution like this would be great!
I'm new to bloom. So far, I love the tools. I have some (probably dumb) questions, though. I love the workflows page; am I able to share the worklows with my clients? (Can they see when I check something as Completed?) Some workflows are private, others I'd want to be shared. What is storage capacity for the media galleries? I had more Q's, will post as they become more important. TIA!
@@JeremyMuradesignLol It’s looks a tad different, they changed the font on the interface and some features seemed to have shifted. There’s so much to learn on the platform and I didn’t want to miss anything so I’m just shooting my shot here. Lol
Where's the most important part: tasks, task management and how can clients offer feedback on any of your posts (whether it be text, image, video, etc.) in each task? There's only workflows (project steps/stages), but this thing has no tasks!?
You can add subtasks inside the workflows click the grey box top of the workflow where the title is and you will see (edit title, add subtask, delete task) , then you can see them as TO-DO check lists wen you click into add subtask and name them.
Thanks for the video! Still exploring the best CRM solutions to run my graphite design studio Anyway, I currently use Flowlu and am not sure if I'll find a better solution, especially because its email module has IMAP settings. And since it has an open API and you can create custom integrations, it's a must-have for me. Also, just a CRM is not all you need, because running projects and communicating with clients are important, as well as managing finances. I'm glad that I can do that at once. Anyway, bloom looks good; maybe I'll try it one day.
Haven't hear of Flowu, sounds useful though. Bloom you can do contracts, invoices, even setup a website landing page for offering packagings so it has lots of features great for freelancears. UI is super clean as well easy to use I've tried lots of others like Asana, lLickup and Monday but bloom is at the top for me.
@@JeremyMuradesign It ticks off everything I needed in a business management tool but just misses the mark on communications. I wonder why they omitted that important aspect. Not all want to use GMail.
@@JeremyMuradesign I asked but they didn't seem very promising. I hope you can have some pull. Man, the layout/UI is really what I have been wishing for in a business management tool (it's not just a CRM), however, I can't move my 5 business email accounts to Google just for this tool. I have a marketing automation that's setup to on 1 of the email accounts and handles email marketing and I can't disrupt that.

Not that many options that have a similar vibe to bloom I would probs look at Honeybook or dubsado.

My comment got deleted.. But have you tried Willow Space? what is your take on that one?
Haven't heard about it I'll check it out.
Haven’t heard of Bloom. I’ll have a look
They are decent simple ui and workflow
Can I get a fully custom domain?
Yes you should be able too, it would connect with a domain provider
Unfortunately, there's no option to set up custom email to send/receive using my own IMAP/SMTP settings. Only Gmail.
Okay thanks for letting me know, I use gmail It works for me for what I need.

@@HullioGQ They will update that feature probably in the future
