I’ve been playing with bloom for a bit and I agree with most everything you said in this video. I think bloom lacks in the email aspect. I think email threads should be shown in the customer portal so customers can respond and see the thread much like honey book. This and the lack of email marketing. Besides that bloom is a fantastic product.
Hi... I am a Dubsado Expert, and to answer your question.... no, Bloom does not have workflow automation like Dubsado YET. But since they're continuously evolving and adding features, I'm hoping they'll launch workflow automation in the near future.

There's no place on the registration form to add the DUBSADO30 discount code. It automatically applies their current 15% code, but there seems to be no way to apply the 30% discount. Help?
Bloom is beautifully designed but it has one major drawback. It has no API or integrations other than Stripe. So you can't connect it to any other app you are most likely using like Email/SMS marketing, Accounting, Analytics, etc. All of your data is locked in Bloom.

Can't say for sure, but looking at the recent updates, I'm assuming it should be in their plan anytime this or next year. I'm glad I could help :)

Bloom doesn't allow for splitting payments for clients. Will that mean I have to send three different invoices, then? That's going to be very tedious.

The promo code is on the last step of onboarding. It's located right next to the "submit" button.
