Nice looking project so far! Looking forward to part two!
Off to a very nice beginning! I look forward to seeing the next part.
Thank you!
Great looking box so far! I watched your interview...cool! Congrats on the recognition.
i'm liking that 90 degree dust port on the planer.
I agree. I have that same planer and hate it when the hose falls and interferes.
Great interview! Been watching silently for a few years now and I am always looking forward to the next video. Thanks for doing what you do!
+Allen Sparks Thank you Allen!
Great project! I better not show this video to my wife until I have some free time to build her one

damn this would be a good gift for my mom. Is there a sketch dimensions of the sewing box?
Unfortunately, I don’t have them available
I think I would prefer smaller box joint fingers....... but still a nice box tho ;)
This is going to be a nice sewing box, Brian.
How do you like that I-Box?
+Adam Gabbert I love it. It was easy to calibrate and easy to adjust the 'tightness' of the joint.
Good to know. I'm still doing the whole backboard / wooden key thing. It works once it's set up, but if you want to switch gears it's a huge pain. Let's just say this thing will find it's way up onto the fridge just about the time Mrs. Gabbert is thinking about Christmas Present ideas. ; )
Great looking project, Brian. Excellent interview. I saw that you live in High Point, do you work in the furniture industry?
Thank you. I moved to the area for the pharma biotech that's here.
Ah, I always associate High Point with furniture, sounds like it has grown quite a bit sense the last time I was there.
So....when is a sliding miter saw in your future?
+Steve S Soon hopefully. ;)
Nice. Are the bobbins going below the spools?
+Brian Prusa They will probably go in the removable tray.
I'm going to make this out of... cherry. I don't know why I'm always surprised. Do you use any other wood? I love your work and your videos... and the cherry!
+mastrjay1 Thank you. The cherry was left over from a past project, but it is a favorite of mine. ;)
I live in Mebane so I get Fox News. Nice interview. It might bring you some business.
Thank you. You're not far from where I get my lumber. The Hardwood Store.
I counted six different shirts in this six minute video. :-)
The work was done over multiple days.
I don't know why it has to be such thick wood to begin with. Not everyone has all those machines to cut the wood.
+Sue Woods What would you suggest I do?
start with the thinner wood that is needed because everyone doesn't have those machines to cut it thinner
The people I know that would like to make stuff sometimes only have a circle saw, table saw & sometimes a router. Anyway that is all I have. I sure wish I could afford all the beautiful machines you have. Oh, I have a small hand held sander too.
