Water Tower Bowl Raising November 2020

On Saturday, Nov. 7, the bowl was raised on Mansfield's fourth water tower, located in the southwest portion of the city. This new tower is needed to meet demand and growth, and support development in the upper pressure plain. The project began in the fall of 2019 and is expected to be completed by spring 2021.
