We had a tower about 6 months ago. We had no idea how it got from the ground to the top. We suspected large cranes with spreader bars. Of course as they were building the tank on the ground one large panel at a time we couldn’t swear that they didn’t have rocket boosters in there. Actually we settled on cranes and spreader bars
