Turn the knob left, then right 3 times, then left, and then right. Now LEDs will be blinking signifying the system is in reset calibration mode. 3. I was about to buy a new washing machine. I looked on RUclips. You did the trick. Never been calibrated in 8 yrs. I swear by whirl pool. I don’t wash clothes everyday like most ppl. But calibrated it and works fine. Going on a cruise in in 2 weeks and there was no way they deliver a new one in time. I’m so glad that this was the issue. I know I got another few yrs. I only wash 6 loads a month. Most ppl wash every day for a week all month. This worked for me. Yayyy 🎉

Wow it worked mine was stuck in spin cycle and i couldnt get it to work. Your video saved me from having to buy a new washer when this one isnt even a year old...Thank you so so much!!!!!
Watched this like 100 times already. It worked perfectly after replacing the center hub. But then I forgot to do it again after suspension rods and the machine shut down during a load of towels. Couldn't get this sequence to work again and was going insane. Finally realized it was because my "fix" to deactivate the lid lock, came loose and the machine knew the lid was open. Funny how there's no videos that take into account the half-assed repairs I've done. Thanks for this vid.
My problem was the water barely dibbled in, nowhere near enough to wash and then it just sat there. Or, if the washer did fill to the right level, it hung at rinse, drained and left the clothes soaking wet. Followed these instructions. The washer is working correctly now. Thanks!

Those suspension rods aren't cheap either. I wanted to try the recalibration first before doing something like replacing the suspension rods. The washing machine has been running great when I did the recalobration from my first post until today when my wife believes she overloaded the machine with towels. She said she added more than usual to see what it would do and it did shake with a lot of noise but apparently it wasn't as bad as it used to be. She will lighten the load from now on to see if that helps with all the loads. If the machine continues to mess up, we can see about replacing the suspension rods. The machine is only about 3-4 years old.
Thank you, this worked although I ended up trying it twice, I screwed up the first try. Will this solve a auto sense issue? For some odd reason, my machine decided to get confused, auto sense and full wash ended up backwards. For full wash the switch had to be on auto sense, and for auto sense wash, the switch had to be on full wash position. I have zero clue how it did that, it just started doing it all a sudden.

I put spray and wash on my shirts because they get stained a little bit and they do not come out it doesn't wash the clothes like it's supposed to and never has since the day that I've had it please tell me if I can turn that off and it be a normal washing machine
