The point of it is that in France and Italy you can drive it from 14 years of age. And it’s the cheapest between it’s competitors. 45 km/h is probably for safety reasons so 14 yo can drive it. (In Italy you still need a driving license but it’s possible to obtain it since 14 years of age.)

It accelerate pretty good, but v-max is capped at 45km/h. Without restrictions 80km/h is viable
I’ve seen multiple of these on the streets of Italy, they are great for the small city roads and a great alternative to the scooters around here.
