They also have an outdated airforce that does not have the logistical means to keep aircraft operational for long durations of time, away from home. They've only just been granted the ability to own outdated F16s. Which would be no match for F35s or the Eurofighter Typhoons, which are stationed there.
I think that the people who live there should have the choice. Not some politicians who have never been there, do not respect the history of this country and are disrespectful of both the Islanders and the people who died there in the war.
