I still watch the reruns to this day and I'm 58 years old The Brady Bunch, Saturday morning cartoons, The $6 million man was a way of life back in the '70s for a kid.
Schenectady pronounced Ska-neck-ta-dee. Loved the Brady Bunch and Ann B Davis. Interesting that she is interred near a person with the last name of Reed as she worked with Robert Reed on the Brady Bunch. Great video Lamont! Stay well
Lovely lady! I met her once briefly when she lived here in the Pittsburgh area and she was a very humble person, but I thanked her for giving me so many terrific childhood memories.
Thanks Lamont for doing this tribute to Ms. Anne B Davis. I'm 47 yrs old loved to watch the run runs of the Brady Bunch after I got home from school. RIP Anne B. Davis.
💐💐RIP Ann Bradford Davis (May 3, 1926 - June 1, 2014) (aged 88) you will truly be missed and my prayers go out to you and your family. I enjoy watching her in the Brady Bunch series. Interesting facts about Ann B. Davis (1) She has a twin sister named Harriet and an older brother named Evans. (2) Toured Vietnam, Thailand, and Korea with the USO. (3) Originally wanted to be a doctor and studied pre-med at the University of Michigan. (4) Her first motion picture role was in Strategic Air Command (1955) with James Stewart, as a waitress who sets a cake in front of Stewart. The scene was later cut out of the film. (5) She played the same character (Alice Nelson) in six different series: The Brady Bunch (1969), The Brady Bunch Variety Hour (1976), The Brady Brides (1981), Day by Day (1988), The Bradys (1990) and Hi Honey, I'm Home (1991).💐💐 Ann B. Davis tragically died after falling in the bathroom and hitting her head. She was 88 when she passed away on June 1, 2014.
I was 13, when Brady bunch series appeared on TV here in Malaysia. 🇲🇾. It is one of my favourite besides the Waltons . Thank you Lamont for this video about Ann B DAVIS. RiP Ann💐💐💐
Her twin sister is still going strong at 97. I feel sorry that she lived to only 88 in comparison. Florence Henderson was only 82 when she suddenly left here.
@@texan903 Wow I didn't know that! I mean if you think about it they lived a beautiful life well lived! The amazing show & they're natural gift of acting I knew some of the TV show actors would go onto bigger things after The Brady Bunch show went off the air. 🥲
@@ThisisstillMYROOM. Yes, I was in complete shock when her death was announced. She was reportedly in good health. I wish she had been here to celebrate her 98th birthday alongside her sister.
I knew she passed but it’s been 10 years already since she passed. Wow time flies. Thanks for doing these types of videos. I never think about where these celebs are buried or their graves it’s so thank you so much for bringing their grave sites to us!!
Lamont, loved the video. I grew up watching the Brady Bunch. I have to say that Anne B Davis was my absolute favorite. She was funny and so much fun to watch. My favorite episode was when the family tried to teach her how to ski. Love your videos. Keep up the great work. Love, Joan
Hi Lamont. Thank you for another well done video. I’m 40, but I grew up watching numerous episodes of the Brady Bunch, and Anne B. Davis was one of my favorite characters. I remember her doing a video game commercial in the late 90s where she said something to the effect of: Here’s the story of an angry lady. I also liked her cameo in Naked Gun 331/3 where she played an ideal house keeper. Sadly, none of the adult cast members are living, but may god bless them all.
Beautiful stone church, a nice resting place for Ann B ( always wondered what the B stood for 🤔) John Forsythe later hit paydirt as the leading man in the 1980s mega hit Dynasty. Thanks for the video about America's favorite housekeeper. 💓💐🌄🌈🕊️
Back in the mid nineties I worked in the parts dept at a car dealership in San Antonio. One day a lady came in to order a part for her car and I was the one helping her out. The whole time I so wanted to to say that she reminded me and sounded just like Alice of the Brady Bunch.Turned out it was Ms. Davis after all.She was a really nice lady may she RIP
