ryzen 5 3600 radeon rx6650 linux graal vm and i think i lowered the video settings years ago, when i had a laptop, graal vm and linux made some difference on minecraft fps (maybe that was an amd gpu thing though, afaik nvidia isn't as nicewith linux)
in terms of how complicated the crafting recipies are would you say this is harder than gtnh or does it fall below, and if so what other modpacks would you compare the complexity to
gt5 and gt6 have really similar crafting recipes, that's probably the only thing tfr and gtnh have in common. tools are almost the same and almost with the same recipes. motors are always magnetic stick in the middle, wiring around, cables on 2 corners and, on gtnh 2 rods on the other corners aligned with the mddle rod, on tfr one rod and one curved plate. one big difference is that, in tfr, you don't need circuits in machines, but you have to deal with powering them. then again, i don't even know what "complicated crafting" means anymore. it's just a bunch items to make an item required to make an other item,......... this pack has a few bugs/issues which can be annoying but nothing game breaking.
yes, i played a lot of gt6 back when it was still in active develpement i think it is a great pack if you also like TFC. it has a lot of minor bugs, but none is game-breaking. The main issue is that it is a heavily time-consuming pack. I would recomend this pack only if you are familiar with "complex" mods/games/packs and don't mind wasting a lot of time in it. GT6 mechanics are probably the most interesting things i've ever played in any bulding game.
yes and no. GTNH server is still on and AE2 is crafting stargate parts. It is hosted on an old pc so we can't build much more whitout losing too many TPSs and it's mostly afk now anyways.... so GTNH is kinda finished, i'll make a video for the stargate and then we'll start season 2, but it will take some time.
@@flightsailerI kinda agree that the current versions are more simple/easier. Off the top of my head, anvils used to be all double ingots, not just one double ingot. When the newer version of Terraformacraft first came out they were far far simpler. Seems like that have mostly caught up tho. I played a lot of 1.7.10 back in the day.
Look brother I'm gonna be honest, drop the text to speech. Makes the video unwatchable for a lot of people. Even if your English talking skill are bad, it'd still be a lot better than text to speech. So much of your personality is lost because you use text to speech.

Also tysm for lmk that TFC exists, I wanted to play BTW but my dumbass can't set it up. I love the early game survival grind and the only other mod that I Know of with something like BTW was RLCraft... Which barely glosses over the early game in comparison.
Next series i'll try real voice+subs. I'm also thinking about doing it on discord/livestream to get real time feedback on my prnounce, it might be even more fun that way
I mean, I'd much rather listen to TTS than struggle through trying to understand UNG_God again. He's (was?) amazing at Gregtech, but I just can't understand most of what he says.

the 1.7.10 version of terrafirmacraft is sooo much better than the current ones, the current ones are far too simplified
what do you mean simplified, the newest release of TerraFirmaCraft added machinery and automation inspired from Better Than Wolves

The current version is almost identical with the small exception of some changes added for optimization/compatibility.
