Owned a 2011 Night Rod Special.. Loved the bike as it was my cross over from super bikes. However, had to trade it in for a bagger, because riding for more than an hour wasn't much better than riding a crotch rocket. On my way to Daytona, I had 4 crotch rockets go between me and a car doing about 100mph. I laid into my Night Rod and hit 140 so quick, the bike almost left me sitting no the road. I went through them so quickly the last guy damn near lost his bike all together. :)
I live in southern Sweden, and usually ride from march to october, but these latest years has been a fucking pain in the ass with shitty/cold weather up until around may.
its a great bike I recommend starting with the 1200 sportster that's what I did and I loved it but I needed something bigger and I got that I love both of these bikes
Trask Performance uses a different turbo than mcxpress and the intercooler is about one third the size that we use.. You can´t really compare 2 different manufacturers and think they will be the same or perform the same. Visit the link in the description for more info! I´ve kinda lost track of the cost, been sorting out and upgrading a lot of components inside the engine that couldn´t take the power.. Excluding the cost for the bike it´s well over $20,000 for the turbo kit and 3 years worth of different upgrades..
170hp?? Maybe with a "Trask" kit.. This fully intercooled kit from mcxpress deliveres around 250rwhp.. If you want a kit follow the link in the description..
I noticed that if I let my mouse hover over the progress bar, that I get a small preview window. I haven't seen that with other videos, including my own. ?? Was that created by your editing software?
i have a 2008 nightrod special with a intercooled trask turbo running 8pd boost that puts out 182 rwhp and 102 ft pd tourque so 250 rwhp from the other turbo kit still a big ask ?...........
the sideways mounted intercooler on a trask turbo is also about useless....like mounting the radiator of your car sideways in the fenderwell, it's not going to cool much of anything, thus limiting the power you'll make

Mercury Engine are you dumb? Don't you listen to the turbo on the camera bike? Also it clearly says the turbo is on a 2003 vrod. The piece of shit street rod didn't come out till 05-06 and it was a good thing they discontinued that monumental piece of shit.
the sound is clear?? you must be deaf...go pro is great for video, but the sound is awful, cant you hear the whistling of the air every time you pull the throttle?????

its unique thats for sure. Hearing a harley with a bov just goes against every prototypical harley in my mind.

How did you get rid of the Fisheye? Gopros are notorious for it.
