Yeah I felt like she could have mentioned it just once, and it would be fine. But it was multiple times of her just repeating that. It also could be her not understanding what they’re trying to say. I know she’s been in the US for a while, but some things could still be lost in translation/culture differences.
It’s like when they asked her about her music she also didn’t say much she was did she excpect , she litterally read a list of movies over talking about her career and then hated them for not obsessing over her and not the people she surrounds herself with , I never knew her at all and I clicked this for the drama but damn she’s so Unlikable
I think they’re just mad that she got famous so quick just from tiktok, but it’s so dumb because millions post on tiktok, she got lucky and many would take the opportunity if they had the chance, people are just miserable and will hate on whatever you do.

Her career was literally launched by being linked to a guy. People who are models are usually linked to guys/girls because their whole fame is based on looks, thats just how the business goes.
I was literally thinking the same thing because she was getting offended. They talked about her professional life being surrounded by gossip which might now be ideal for her but it is what it is. Then she was like yeah well why didn’t y’all romantically link me to my girl friends but there was no gossip surrounding her being into those girls. If she was being romantic around Cara for example that would be a different story.
I think Cindy is really fake..pay attention to the way she looks Dave and Bri up and down.. it’s very telling. She’s very defensive when answering questions it was awkward. you can tell she wants to be perceived in a certain way and gets very flustered when it’s not going that way for her.

i don't see why Cindy is getting so much hate. she's talked about her anxiety and probably wasn't ready for ALL of those questions coming at once. she doesn't usually talk about her private life so extensively, so surely it's new terrority and slightly uncomfortable.
I completely understand that as someone w anxiety myself who is an advocate for maintaining privacy and wishes that public figures would do that more, and I understand how the inundation of questions abt her associations could b uncomfortable. But you have to question what kind of podcast she thought she was on. From even the beginning when they began discussing her come up, she even seemed reluctant in answering abt whether or not JB was integral to it as if she didn’t want to give him all the credit until she did which to me was odd like just answer the question directly ? Then she would kind of size up Dave and or look at him and Josh weirdly w/ a serious judgmental face as if the point of the podcast is to discuss tea, which I get she was uncomfortable by it but when you don’t have much work out and when you are known, other than JB’s post, for your associations with other people and for ur relationship you would PUBLICLY post videos and pics of on the internet, how can you then say you don’t wanna b known for such things or don’t wanna b asked abt it? @@SupernaturalLove100 i agree with most of the points you’re making. i think she wasn’t exactly briefed on what type of podcast this really was. the reason she was even on in the first place was because of sports illustrated and to promote that, so maybe she thought that’s what the focus would be. however, i do think she gave credit to JB for the start of her career, but she stayed relevant afterwards due to the stuff she posted and her few youtube videos. i think her main point is, she doesn’t exactly have anything out that she feels represents her as a person. it’s probably as if she’s stuck in a limbo right now, she’s working towards releasing those things that represent her, while also not really being able to mention it. so everything’s just up in the air. she was in the mix a lot more in her earlier years, and then became more reserved and to herself later, so she’s probably thinking of it from that angle. with the sizing up comments, i do that and it’s honestly not meant to be a judging thing. it’s not coming from a place of trying to one up someone. i’m just observing the person, and it’s something that i just subconsciously do at times, especially when i’m anxious. i see how it could be misconstrued as something negative for sure. i’m not sure what her intention was, but it really doesn’t seem like she’s a bad person at heart. maybe just not as out there as other people, or as bold of a personality as the other guests that have been on the pod.

The Cindy Kimberly part was so awkward. She’s playing the “you only want to talk about things that associate me with men” stuff which is pretty much saying “you’re sexist”. That is done with people of both sexes on this podcast in particular. Josh’s love life (that involves women) is brought up on the podcast every week.

this video is incredible. cindy, if she meant it or not, showed that she struggles with panic and anxiety and that she is human like the rest of us. she panics, she is scared when asked certain things, she is an anxiety filled human. most of us have never been able to relate to this because it hasn’t been shown on youtube, ig, tiktok, etc. you can tell by the way she talks what she has been through nd what she knows. we are all on your sides. home is this. home is where we are right now in this comment section. being able to talk about this so openly and upfront is such a change. we re on the path of such good. so much fun and happiness. be more open. everyone.

I felt bad for Cindy. I could feel her anxiety through the screen but none of them picked it up on it. She clearly said she felt like she was going to have an anxiety attack, they could've toned down a bit and been more empathetic/sensitive towards her. I loved listening to what Dixie had to say especially when she spoke abt her music and the focus of her album. You can tell she’s very serious about her music career and knows exactly how she wants to represent/portray herself through her music. i’m really excited to hear more from her about that on next week’s episode! I fuck with Cindy heavy in that she stood her ground and wanted to make it about her career and her work as opposed to relationships. Yeah it made it awkward but super admirable that while they were trying to put her down, especially josh and Dave, she still stood firm in what she wants to be known as. As for Dixie talking about brining relationship drama online, I couldn’t agree more. It’s becoming obvious that nessa is bringing this all online to bring hype around her single that she needs to promote and it’s all just sad that she always says she’s not into drama but she feeds into it.
Dave pushing her so much even after she said no to questions was mad annoying. Also Cindy, like her friend, are known as the 'IG model that dated 'X' person'. It sucks but when you look at her friend circle, you can see it's literally social climbers. I think she was a genuine person but as of the past year or so she's changed... more like her close friend Chantel Jeffries. Chantel is undoubtedly the queen of social climbing with men and women. It's both of their jobs and we can't fault them for it I guess... but I don't get why Cindy's getting so mad over a fact. She is 'well connected' and very much famous by association. Yeah I felt like she could have mentioned it just once, and it would be fine. But it was multiple times of her just repeating that. It also could be her not understanding what they’re trying to say. I know she’s been in the US for a while, but some things could still be lost in translation/culture differences.

I hope Cindy realizes that they aren’t linking her to guys in a negative light, it’s a podcast that clearly focuses on celebrity gossip and she’s “in the mix” as they said. Sports illustrated, modelling, music, acting aspirations, art etc. we gather that’s what she’s really about, but that’s part of being a celebrity ppl always want the gossip
Her career was literally launched by being linked to a guy. People who are models are usually linked to guys/girls because their whole fame is based on looks, thats just how the business goes.
I was literally thinking the same thing because she was getting offended. They talked about her professional life being surrounded by gossip which might now be ideal for her but it is what it is. Then she was like yeah well why didn’t y’all romantically link me to my girl friends but there was no gossip surrounding her being into those girls. If she was being romantic around Cara for example that would be a different story.

i don't see why Cindy is getting so much hate. she's talked about her anxiety and probably wasn't ready for ALL of those questions coming at once. she doesn't usually talk about her private life so extensively, so surely it's new terrority and slightly uncomfortable.
I completely understand that as someone w anxiety myself who is an advocate for maintaining privacy and wishes that public figures would do that more, and I understand how the inundation of questions abt her associations could b uncomfortable. But you have to question what kind of podcast she thought she was on. From even the beginning when they began discussing her come up, she even seemed reluctant in answering abt whether or not JB was integral to it as if she didn’t want to give him all the credit until she did which to me was odd like just answer the question directly ? @@SupernaturalLove100 i agree with most of the points you’re making. i think she wasn’t exactly briefed on what type of podcast this really was. the reason she was even on in the first place was because of sports illustrated and to promote that, so maybe she thought that’s what the focus would be.
however, i do think she gave credit to JB for the start of her career, but she stayed relevant afterwards due to the stuff she posted and her few youtube videos.
i think her main point is, she doesn’t exactly have anything out that she feels represents her as a person. it’s probably as if she’s stuck in a limbo right now, she’s working towards releasing those things that represent her, while also not really being able to mention it. so everything’s just up in the air.
she was in the mix a lot more in her earlier years, and then became more reserved and to herself later, so she’s probably thinking of it from that angle.
with the sizing up comments, i do that and it’s honestly not meant to be a judging thing. it’s not coming from a place of trying to one up someone.
i’m just observing the person, and it’s something that i just subconsciously do at times, especially when i’m anxious. i see how it could be misconstrued as something negative for sure.

I loved listening to what Dixie had to say especially when she spoke abt her music and the focus of her album. You can tell she’s very serious about her music career and knows exactly how she wants to represent/portray herself through her music. i’m really excited to hear more from her about that on next week’s episode! I was disappointed that this week’s podcast wasn’t only abt Dixie if I’m being honest. I literally only watched the parts that she was included in because Cindy is sooo boring

I fuck with Cindy heavy in that she stood her ground and wanted to make it about her career and her work as opposed to relationships. Yeah it made it awkward but super admirable that while they were trying to put her down, especially josh and Dave, she still stood firm in what she wants to be known as. As for Dixie talking about brining relationship drama online, I couldn’t agree more. It’s becoming obvious that nessa is bringing this all online to bring hype around her single that she needs to promote and it’s all just sad that she always says she’s not into drama but she feeds into it.

I think she was a genuine person but as of the past year or so she's changed... more like her close friend Chantel Jeffries. Chantel is undoubtedly the queen of social climbing with men and women.
