For it being salvaged and stolen and destined for the junkyard Sam comes back and bring it back to yet again another successful 2nd gen Sam saving all dodge diesels in the world nice job man absolutely killer job.
Thank you for the fleet update on the other projects Sam. I’m looking forward to seeing more truck content. Phenomenal job on restoring the gold truck. Mad respect man 👍🏻
I enjoy your videos . I have a 95 4x4, that i did the g56 conversion. On the front axle i installed a 2001 front axle , so i could install 3 gen brakes. 3 gen track bar , 3 gen steering , spin free , slotted rotors . Bd track bar end links . Cad delete on piece axle . The spin free works good on low low backing a trailer . The third gen brakes really help on stopping. Gone are the rotors that come on from the back . The 2001 and 2 allows for the third gen brakes . If your interested the group 31 batterys are not hard to use on the second gen..Sure are good batterys . Thanks for the great videos
My grand son was a trip. If I had a Jack under my truck he would have a Jack under his John Deer electric side by side he is a winner chicken dinner !!!!!!
Who was in the basenet ❤❤ another addition to the family ❤️👍. Thanks for the video Sam well done with the truck. Take care of yourself and family and be Blessed ❤️❤️.
Just my 2 cents worth. 2nd gen trackbar kit. By far the best one I've ever used and installed is the kit from Thuren. Super easy to install. Very clear directions. Also there customer service was amazing. Very very good kit. Like I said, my 2 cents worth. LOL
9:13 I was just working on my 2006 Ram 3500 and I noticed that when the control arm cam bolt is all the way to the rear (3-o'clock on the drivers side), the axle is pushed all the way forward for positive caster.
I found batteries with 1000 starting amps and 850 cold cranking amps at Auto Zone they are supper strong but I only use AGM so no acid to rust out my battery tray !!!
A recommendation if you’re looking for adjustable track bars in the future. I am running the Proforged Adjustable Track Bar on two of my second gens and they are very nice and not to mention affordable. Way beefier than stock
I disagree salvage title or not it is still a very clean truck so yeah there's definitely people who will still want to buy it, especially if it has a Cummins diesel engine in it
Did you notice either a dual electronics or a Boss audio faceplate laying on the floor in the truck,, it had a Bluetooth version of the stereo already...
Mine are eBay special ones from DNA manufacturing automotive products, and that is because the factory light lense were heavily scratched and the right side socket was bad, so I priced the lense all i could find for the original ones was a nos set of Mopar plastic housing no wiring socket and bulb,$345 nope so it has a yellow lense fog lights set but it is a new lense, housing, bulb socket and the bulb not led.
Have you tried the brakes of the rear and the whole thin on ground axel and say it bolts right up rotors, caliper and 4 pistons. Never done this my self it would be great to stopping heavy loads .
How many miles does the truck have. I bought the same truck from auction with 225,000 miles. It’s been running good after front end damage and oil pan replacement
If you don’t mind me asking what you gave for it. I gave $6,000 for my with salvage title. My heater core and dash are shit though need to figure that out here real soon before it gets any colder
@@jamesharrison2041 not sure if you noticed this truck was in a major wreck and was absolutely lucky to be fixed up. But truck does great still towing with in it’s ability anyway. I had to run a 2 inch leveling kit because the long arm kit required a 2-6 in lift. I had to run a Long arm kit because the control arm brackets were messed up in the wreck. This truck turned into the best driving second gen I’ve ever saved. It’s awesome. Truly happy with how it turned out
Kinda sucks that all this content has ruined my ad watching. I don't come to RUclips to watch the content, I want more ads. I certainly figured that an hours worth of content would yield more than 2 hours' worth of ads. 😂
@@VBELTandSON it's honestly getting to that point. I just hope the creators are getting their money worth from all the ads. It averages 5 minutes of content for 2 ads.
Can’t get enough of these Cummins videos

It wasn’t that bad to begin with if you’re mechanically inclined .
I only wish I could come across one in this good of shape for less than $12k
Good job Sam. Man Callahan is growing up so fast. Congrats on your daughter. She has daddy wrapped around her finger.
Thank you for the fleet update on the other projects Sam. I’m looking forward to seeing more truck content. Phenomenal job on restoring the gold truck. Mad respect man 👍🏻
Five minute all day jobs. Those are the only ones I seem to get. Nice work salvaging the wreck.

Amazing rebuild Sam. I like that you improved it over the factory. Awesome truck.
Great video series, glad you saved the old girl.
Thanks 👍
I hope you have something more than jackstands holding it up.
Tires on the back holding it up also ;)
I wish somebody would retro fit a full length center console in these trucks

Nice work Sammy boy!
Might not be worth as much since it was wrecked but still a really nice truck
It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. I for one would be proud to own that truck.

Should have gone with the BD track bar upgrade
You did a real good job in my opinion, it’s really clean. Someone will be proud to own it
Did it really have grey interior with gold exterior from factory?
Thank you

Rare Parts makes the factory style adjustable track bar. I’ve got one on my 96 2nd gen. It’s been great so far. Had it about a year.
Thuren makes a better one lol
@@JustinSchooler-f2j Thuren makes the BEST one but I don’t think he was trying to spend 5-600 dollars on one.

Is that a a bigger turbo than the stock turbo? If so what size is it?

How much for 3500 dually dodge white n black one I'm interested in it
I’ll post it when I’m done fixing it up

Drive that Dodge for a long time.
Still need help in fixing that electrical problem with your shops switches?
All good. Was a loose wire. Fixed next days thanks tho
IL trade you a 2001 duramax for that first gen.
With cash on your end
I NEVER LEVEL THEM " DON'T DRIVE RIGHT TO ME". AND IT MESSES UP THE ALIGNMENT
