    Here's a good recipe for white fish. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in a 9x9 baking dish. Add your fish, salt, pepper and garlic and the juice of 1 lemon. Throw in a handful of grape tomatoes and bake covered at 375 for (I can't remember how long...25ish minutes?). Serve with rice and a veg...yum! 😋

    Parsley pesto uses Walnut. 2c roughly chopped,lughtly packed parsley,2/3c walnuts, 1/2c Parmesan cheese,3medium garlic cloves roughly chopped,1/2 fine sea salt pulse above u til u iform texture. Add 2/3c olive oil pour until incorporated

    Do you just make your mashed potatoes normally and then freeze them? Then just defrost and use as usual?

      Thank you for your question. Yes I do; I do not use milk though; I use sour cream or cream cheese. Just my preference. After you thaw them in the refrigerator; put them in a microwave safe dish; microwave 2 min increments, stir, continue for at least 7-8 min total. They will seem "soupy" at first; but I promise they will stiffen up and BAM.... Mashed taters homemade.
