    I'm always interested in watching these normal working dives. I noticed you were very shallow and both on nitrox, Is that just your daily choice? Thanks!

      Hello Becky O'Neil. These cylinders contained plain old 21%. We use steel 100's for most salvage jobs, and all of our steel 100's are set up for Nitrox, thus, the Nitrox stickers.

      @@LakeHickoryScuba aside from it being a waste, are there any issues with nitrox at shallow depth?

    zero chance I would have used those power cables to guide myself :P No telling if that thing is cut, or if they pulled it loose trying to use it to pull that fountain in. Never know what you're getting into, ya'll stay safe out there!

      Hello DF, safety is always our biggest concern. In this video, I can confirm the power was not only shut off, but also disconnected as well.

    What do you normally charge for something like this?

    • @LakeHickoryScuba
      @LakeHickoryScuba  Год назад

      Hello DOWN AND DIRTY LIFE HACKS, we have different rates for different jobs. But on average, we charge $100 per hour / per diver. Travel time is calculated in as well, depending on how far we have to travel.

      @@LakeHickoryScuba let me know we can go dive gilboa quarry

      My coldest dive so far was Gilboa 45 at 120 in November. Just a 7 mil which wasn't much down there. Felt like a hot tub at the surface in 65 deg after that.
      But the viz can be very good and the trout and bass are amazing. Always fed and never fished

      Reverse thermo lines tend to always shock divers, myself included.
