How is it not? The more diverse our strengths and perspectives, the more directions we can approach a problem. All the technology and food shared between peoples is great too, I love the variety. I would consider myself a democrat. What you must understand is that not all liberals are nut jobs, in fact I'd argue many are sane people. I believe it to be the media that accentuates the traffic stopping and the other subjectively "wrong" aspects. I'm in support of LGB rights, and I'm not in support of folk dressing as animals.
