I've only seen these guys once, but I still remember how awesome it was. In Sorte Diaboli tour 2007 with Kataklysm, DevilDriver and Unearth. When Dimmu came on, the stage curtain slowly lifted up to reveal the entire band standing with their devil horns in the air and they kicked into Progenies Of The Great Apocalypse. Damn I wish I had a time machine!

I first heard Dimmu (as a teen living in a small town in the middle of nowhere) on a backing track in a short scene for the movie The Cell (playing on the serial killer’s turntable in his bedroom). It was only a few seconds on screen, but I knew right away that something was truly unique. I searched for months trying to find out more (the internet wasn’t what it is today and I didn’t have a lot of access) until I finally did. Dimmu has since been one of my favorite bands.

Already saw them 2 times prior to that (in '99 and in 2003 ... while backstage) but when they played " a succubus in rapture" I lost my shit! I have to add...maybe You will consider to react to the bands own documentaries such as Dimmu Borgir - World Misanthropy (2002)and Satyricon - Road Extravaganza!(2001) These bands mostly shot them thelves drinking and hanging around with some other legends in rock/metal scene while there were touring! These are great documentaries! And some fun moments!))) I didnt see on You tube enyone did react to those! Thanks and cheers!
