OMG!!! I have been using the Share Collaboration link this whole time and I always run into problems of people not making copies. This literally just changed my business! However now I have to go in and change my PDF's for almost 300 listings. Sigh!! Thank you so much for posting this!!
really great info thankyou. If one criticism it would be that the screen is a bit blurry so couldn't make out alot of what you were doing especially when it came to the linking bit. will have to rewatch a few times.
Love yotu videos so helpful...in this one you said about letting us have the template for the thank you for order pdf. I can't seem to find it is it possible to have please.
Thank you! So you can simply use all free graphics, images, etc. on your etsy products without any licensing issues? You have beautiful photos of your designs on your store to display the products. Do you photograph that yourself or is it created another way?
Yes thats correct you absolutely can! I love styledstocksociety.com/ for gorgeous photos - I use them for display purposes in a lot of my files, but have also purchased the extended licenses for resale in some templates which they allow (and its quite cost effective as well!)
Hi Jessa, I love your videos, they're so inspirational. You mentioned creating your own ink stains and painting watercolor flowers in a couple of your videos. It's something that I'd like to try so that I can use my own artwork in designs but I'm not really sure where to start. Have you recorded any videos on doing this? Thanks
hi jessa, thanks so much for such a helpful video! 1 question for you and/or anyone else who knows: when you say not to use canva pro images because it'll show up watermarked for your client (as long as they don't have canva pro).. is this still the case even if you are providing a separate pdf/svg/etc. (ie not sending an editable canva link to your client)? i am confused about this part.
thank you for the video! just subscribed and I look forward to watching more from you. in the future, can you please not put background music, as it's very distracting and I can't understand you perfectly. thank you! :) PS I am also a mum of 4 :D
Thank you for sharing, Jessa! Just a few Qs--if I upload and use my own photo or graphic, will it be available on the template/non-pro users? Do you also purchase your design elements from non-Canva platforms and use them on your templates?
Another great video, thank you. So if you give the link to the Canva template, does this mean the customer will have to open a Canva account to update the information? If that's the case, will they be able to create their own items and never buy from you again? Thanks so much.
Yes your customer needs a free canva account :) Most people buy templates even when they can design them themselves, because they save time, money or they just love the design!

Hey lovely! Here is a list of places Etsy currently supports - they are working on adding more countries to their payment system though :) help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015710408-Countries-Eligible-for-Etsy-Payments?segment=selling You can absolutely sell Canva templates in other places though - Etsy is just one platform.
Built up over 7 years so a long time! :) Lots of trial and error along the way but the beautiful thing about digital products is you make them, and you have them always :)
Thank you for this. Couple suggestions. Please no music. Also can you zoom out to some on those areas you are clicking on? Also, how much you charge for them? Ugh that music!! 🥴
Thank you in future I wont add any background music :) It varies how much I charge for them, but you can always do a bit of a deepdive on etsy and see what other sellers are charging :)
Thank you for sharing. I got lost around the 9 min mark with sharing and linking etc.. like totally lost ....why , what, and not so much the how, just why am I doing this, what is the reason for copying the link and putting it where the buyer can see it before purchasing .. if anyone can do a 1. step, 2. step.. 3. step from that point in the video and then I upload that pdf to etsy so that they can go back to canva and use the template. I think as I'm typing this out, I'm slowly picturing what you mean now... so when it's in your store.. no one sees the link until they purchase it ?? maybe that's the part that is throwing me off? TIA
Thank you so much for your comment! So you add the template share link, into a pdf as a link. You then upload that pdf to your store - that is the end product the user gets. They can then click on the link to access to your template :)

Hi Jess! I am in the POD world and just looking into digital pRoducts. So you can’t use the pro photos for this?
Thats correct as if your customer doesnt have Canva pro they will get a watermark over the design.
@@ThatJessaB ok fantastic thank you so much! I am looking at starting the free way and then make enough to support the 30 a month templett fee

This is a great idea - I might do a series on how to create your own clipart - thank you so much!
Hey girl your link to the 108 free lead magnet ideas doesn't work for some reason. Thank you for all you share its gold!!!!

Aww mum of 4 club as well!

Hey lovely! yes! But if you are uploading clipart from another artist just make sure you have permission as you may need a special license :)
Where can we get the PDF to input our links? Is that on your website as well?
Thank you for the kind words! Its in my membership :)
Thank you!
thank YOU! 😊
To clarify, I need Canva Pro but can only use free graphics and fonts? I watched a previous video where it was stated that you didn't need Canva Pro.
Canva has changed their policy since i made this video, you only need the free version now but we still recommend only free fonts and graphics.😃
@@ThatJessaB That's great news! thank you!
Thanks Jessa. Just curious, do we need to have an account in Canva and log in, in order to use the template in the link ?
So to sell templates, you need a Canva pro account. To access templates you just need a free account :)
@@ThatJessaB Is there anything we can do if we only have a free canva account?

Could you then show use that set to upload it to Etsy? How you do that xx
You just upload the pdf with the links to the templates to Etsy :)
@@ThatJessaB - it was for those who maybe didn’t know how to do that :)
