Shame that this specific version of the theme never played at all in Master Rank. As much as the OG hits as hard as PTCS during the Fatalis fight, this one is just so iconic to World and I'm so mad that it's forever shackled to Snorah Magdaros the Cannon Reloading Simulator
@@gamecavalier3230 nah, old one fit Fatalis better since he is the certified boomer monster. Imo, they could've maybe attached this to Safi when he hits 10% HP in phase 3, or some other endgame fight. Or they could've made it play during the story quest with Velkhana in the arena
i never really cared about the plot of this game, but when this theme starts playing and after we slayed fatalis after some 50 fails, i was about to cry
It's so great! Because the stories are whatever and forgettable. The story of Monster Hunter is YOUR story. You coming from from a whelp who could barely bash a lizard with a stick to someone who laughs at elder dragons. That perfect roll through a fatal slam, that superpound that broke the monster's face as it was charging your friends, that desperate rush that finished the fleeing monster with seconds on the quest timer, that time you were totally out of healing items and pressed on and claimed victory by a hair. All those times you felt heroic and energized and triumphant. THAT is Monster Hunter's plot! Nothing else I've ever played grabs me like that.
In every mh game after you beat the highest monster there's always like feels that you save a little village in the middle of an Isolation because of that monster and that feels is soooo great
I actually never realized that this played during Zorah until doing it the 5th time through. It wasn't the best mission of the game, but lore wise was definitely epic I'd say

The first time you hear this song in a Monster Hunter game is unlike anything else. All the grinding, the preparing, the dying. Over and over again until this. The proof that you are in fact the baddest mother fucker standing
I tried out MHW one day because I was feeling really bored with my current game selection. 455 hours and about 2 years later, I’ve taken down * almost * everything, I got Fatalis armor and now I hop on exclusively to help newer hunters get past the same struggles I dealt with. I picked LS because I wanted an easy weapon to help me understand the fundamentals. I STRUGGLED against certain mfs like Pink Rath, Kushala and Barioth. I even created a lil persona I go by that I now use in every game that has custom characters. I would have to say this is probably my favorite game of all time. There is no question about that. Super stoked about Wilds and it makes me so happy that so many people are playing this game for the first time. I like to think that it’s not just the game I recommend, but the experience you have of learning and understanding this wonderful game is what I cannot recommend enough.

due to the cross over with FF14, there is another track which is basically YOUR theme too, Torn From the Heavens which plays in the second part of the Behemoth fight. Torn from the Heavens is the old Warrior of Light theme, now its typically viewed that With Hearts Aligned is The Warrior of Lights theme after defeating The Endsinger.
when this theme plays me and my team starts taking no damage, every swing of our weapon hits, and we played flawlessly, and fatalis died in just 3 minutes after this theme plays
World version of Proof of Hero seems simplified and modernize, however the og from 1/Freedom Unite when facing Lao-Shun Lung/Variant Ash still has more impact for me. But yeh this is good also.
