17:12 - thanks for the compliments on the setup :) - the reason I didn't remove a drill is that the size of the beacon + the 2 underground belts needed to pass the sulphuric acid through is greater than the size of a drill, I could've moved everything along one to compensate, but it honestly didn't seem worth it!
You wouldn't need the pipe, the acid could be carried through the adjacent row of drills since they're all touching and in a perfect grid. You'd just be swapping a drill for a beacon. But, it doesn't matter because Melon isn't the bottleneck on production at the moment. 🙂
Questions for wrap-up video: Are you looking forward to Factorio's expansion coming soon? Are you going to do another play through of SE when it updates to the next version?
Has you considered the pyramids placement within your thinking? The pyramids MAY have been placed that way (for science) & not 'ruins' or subsided over time like that portray.
We have not! We think we have enough information from what we've done so far, however that's something to consider if we realise there's something missing. The locations on the galaxy map would be hard to plot accurately, but it could be interesting to see which pyramids are where.
I thought that image was probably OK and didn't give too much away unless you already knew what it meant... But it's a fair point, I've changed the thumbnail to one that's a bit less spoilery!
@@DmytroVitiuk I think you're safe from a glance at the thumbnail, and I'm sure you're being careful with the actual video content. I've been making sure I give warnings and tell you what to avoid, so you should be fine!

Those are definitely good questions! Short answers are "yes" and "probably", but we'll go into more detail in the retrospective.
You are so underrated bro! I love these videos!
Seriously, this is some professional grade gaming.
Thank you! I really appreciate the compliments! The channel is steadily growing, so I'm hoping to not be underrated for too long 😀
@@samwheller Thank you! I think I've played enough Factorio that I can talk knowledgeably about it, and I think that comes across reasonably well 🙂

Hey! thanks for videos. Please do not put spoilers into preview image

Pyanadon when?
Heh, no promises... I suspect Pyanodons would take several years to complete with a single four hour stream per week... Even with multiple players!
@@LaurencePlays expected length is about twice to your current run
Most players do it at 1000-1500 hours single player but it's much faster with several people and time between screens for though process
@@Murder-less 1500 hours would be about 7 years! I don't think I want to devote myself to a single game for that long!
