You're the best Resident Evil player I've ever seen. I've watched all of your RE videos and they're all excellent. Why you don't have more subscribers and your videos don't have more views is a mystery to me. Plus it looks like you know exactly where to go and how many items you should be carrying at one time. Pure perfection my friend. Keep it up.
The only reason why I didn't sub is because I like to play and beat my own resident evil games, the only reason why I came is to see why people prefer this over the hd remastered version.
@@kenjipolicardpolicard6986 Ehmmm...okay?
it is perfect no thing to say about his run
I'm too chicken to play RE but I enjoy watching other people play. I also really love the graphics and the stories and dialogue of the games, especially Code Veronica has really fun writing imo.
Sean Tindall 10000 % true, m8.
The last true classic re game. I wish we would have gotten a true sequel continuation of the story. Chris never got to deliver on his promise of ending umbrella once and for all.
He did, with Jill. It was a story campaign in the wii game "Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles". It's not a classic style game and instead an arcade shooter-lightgun game, but technically there was a story revolving the fall of umbrella
I wonder why they didn't carry on making them the same and never finished the umbrella story off?
This guy should have more viewers and subscribers. He perfectly finished every Resident Evil games without any damage. Man your insane 💯
Survival horror? Yeah, right. The monsters are tryin' to survive *YOU* .
I love this comment.

Out of all the classics Resident Evil Games, this game has most sophisticated puzzles of them all, just to get from point A to point B requires key objects, codes, or key/codes during a facility event or emergency circumstances. The security in the facilities in this game is Area 51/ Roswell intense
5:25:46 And that was when Chris realized that he was too weak ... if only he was strong enough, he could have smashed the door in and saved Claire on the spot.
And that's how Chris got strong enough to punch boulders by Resident Evil 5. See?
Even after all this time I still believe this should of gotten more views and likes. Literally your play-through is true perfection!

I have heard something similar from some friends about my videos. I have been told numerous times that my RUclips Channel is still quite underrated and that my Longplay videos still does not get the recognition it deserves. Oh, well... no matter the case, I will keep working on my upcoming Longplay videos. Quitting will not speed it up so I will keep it up. 😊👍🏻
@@TurkishBullet19youre helpful continue doing what you do. I beat RECV ages ago now im re playing the game and whatever i forgot i open this video and refresh my memory and also learning some new tips. Although some of the monsters are not needed to be killed such as the giant spider and pool creature u can just pick up the key item and escape
I like how u didn't miss a thing u took all the items. Plus u check all the possible things that can bring a dialogue. Splendid

Totally underrated and unsung. One of the two or three BEST R.E. games. And often forgotten.
This is the longplay I enjoyed the most. I never get tired watching it from start to finish.

You have this game routed tighter than Alfred's vocal cords, lol. What a pleasure to watch! Something about seeing the player get All the Things without a bunch of backtracking is so so satisfying. Plus, you really show off how broken the knife is. Eat my frames, zombies!

how much I have enjoyed watching the whole game through. I am still currently in hospital having had my large intestine completely removed been here 24 days so far so it has cheered me up reliving the nostalgia of the Resident Evil series. @@8BeatsVGM thank you. On top of all that I’ve had 2 more operations since and had covid twice. Then the icing on the cake the BBC (British media) did a documentary on my past misdemeanours, said nothing of any good I’ve ever done (over £200,000 to charity, etc) and I’ve been too ill to even defend myself. So thank you, it genuinely means a lot.

No worries. The whole "Resident Evil" video game series is already included on my "Longplays to do" list but it will take some time because I'm doing a lot of Longplays of different video games at the moment and many of them are work in progress.
I'm currently busy with Metal Gear Solid (Sony PlayStation) and Cold Fear (Sony PlayStation 2). When it's done, I will be busy with Devil May Cry (Sony PlayStation 2), Viewtiful Joe (Sony PlayStation 2), Silent Hill (Sony PlayStation), Resident Evil 4 (Nintendo GameCube), Dino Crisis 2 (Sony PlayStation), ObScure (Sony PlayStation 2) and Virtua Cop (Sega Saturn).
When it's all done, I will create a Poll again about "Which Longplay shall I do next?" and add more different video games (which were requested by my Subscribers) back into that Poll. I will let the voting and decision to my Subscribers again. 😊👍🏻
If it helps, I will definitely add Resident Evil Outbreak: File #2 (Sony PlayStation 2) with along Resident Evil: Dead Aim (Sony PlayStation 2) into the next poll for sure. 😊👍

What I liked about this Resident Evil is that it combined the original design with sibling rivalry. I remember how, frustrated I felt that Code Veronica was being released on the Dreamcast and I didn't have the console before the PS2 port. Another thing I forgot was that I found it creative yet funny the designers threw a Alfred Hitchcock's: Psycho reference in with the story. This and the resident evil 1 remake are the hardest. Somehow you managed to clear the game without receiving any damage. You're good.
Lol truth. I just recently finished re1 remake/remaster and the mansion was a damn maze, haha the door opening cutscenes didn’t help. Now is this the same as the one on ps4? I’m getting ready to start that soon, just playing through re2 with the rocket launcher for the story so it’s fresh.

Old RE item screens bring back memories, also the sound of footsteps. The only true great remake was MediEvil and Crash.

Amazing! I remember playing this on my ps2 back on the 2006! Some coca cola, music on the radio and that square and heavy tv! It was so different these days, I had no guides, nothing! This game will remain in my heart forever, its one of my favorite, and it will remain my favorite, thought it was underrated, (i don't know why) , but i think RE code Veronica is the most versatile, most deep, most fine, detailed game ever made, and once again you shown your perfection here, the whole story line, graphics, music, puzzles, lenth of this game is just superb, when i played it on Dreamcast back in 2000, it took me more than a week to complete it, and i fell in love with this fictional character Claire, lol 😂, she used to come in my dreams, no really, i was in school that time, and i was distracted because of this game, even then I completed my graduation

0:00 oh Man that really takes me back to the ps2 era
I don't think this game needs remaking, maybe it does, but I'm still pretty in awe with this graphic just as when it first came out. The graphic is so comfortable and smooth, very typical Japanese game of that era (my childhood). RE1-3 needed remaking because in a lot of the scenes Jill's eyes were hilariously not the same size due to the pixels.
Anyway, kudos to TB's videos, beautifully done as usual!
I don't know why everyone complained about the older versions of CV looking too colorful.
I actually like how they're more vibrant here than in the HD re-releases.

It's Antarctica ? Why is it warm with no snow ?
@Zizzy
Resident Evil Code: Veronica X is set in the "Southern Ocean" and "Antarctica."
"Rockfort Island" is located in the South Pacific Ocean. The island was taken over by the Umbrella Corporation in the 1990s to accommodate its growing paramilitary and included a concentration camp for enemies and traitors to the company. The island was left uninhabited in December 1998 following an attack by HCF, which resulted in the release of the t-Virus to the island population.
The "Antarctic Base" was an expansive complex built in Antarctica south of the 82nd parallel. It served dual purposes to the Umbrella Corporation, being both a state-of-the-art research outpost as well as a transport terminal for licit cargo shipments.

Never heard of this RE game before, just RE3 then 4. but I got to admit, It did fill a missing chapter to the world of RE, and a deeper insight onto the events that made Chris and Claire important characters in the RE franchise, good choice of music, and a pretty decent game with a well-thought out story. This could have been a more succesful cameo for Chris than in RE5, just like how great Leon's was in RE4.
Just like I said while watching re 3 your the best. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Best resident evil player.
Oh my God. I used to LOVE playing this game with my brother when we were younger. Alyson Court is Claire Redfield and always will be, but the voice acting for this game was so cringe, lot of Canadian accents for so called Americans (at least Alyson can hide hers). If my sources are correct, originally Jill was supposed to be in the game instead of Claire, but they changed it because they already had her as the main character in Nemesis.
It was actually Leon* and they changed it up into Steve* because of the plans to get him killed. This was also apparently going to be Resident Evil 3, and Nemesis would have been the spinoff, but they switched it up.
7 that’s actually not true. Nemesis was always meant to be Resident Evil 3. And I did hear something about Leon being in the place of Steve, that actually wouldn’t have been so bad, given the fact that Steve is ANNOYING AS HELL throughout the game, but I do think it would have been cruel if they killed of Leon like that.
7 And Jill was supposed to be in the game instead of Claire, that is something that has been widely confirmed throughout the fandom, but it wouldn’t have made sense given how Code Veronica literally takes place a month and a half after Nemesis, so Jill would have been in hiding along with Chris (who was always meant to appear in this game, he could have went out of hiding to find Claire and take her with him) and Barry. I’m glad they changed it to Claire, because we got to see Alyson Court do another amazing performance as Claire (HATED how they did her in Revelations 2 by not asking her back).
I love RE2 Remake Claire....she will assumingly be back in RE CV remake.

Never knew that the knife in Code Veronica was so powerful
@dreiness18
Well, the Combat Knife is hitting multiple times instead of once with just a single swing.
That is also the reason why the Combat Knife is so "OVERPOWERED" in Resident Evil Code: Veronica X.
I hope they make a remake of this.
True
@@hasangenc2922 They wont and many are happy for it. It's been enough of fucking around and butchering the classics. Play the originals or just move on with your life. The remakes flopped and crapcom learned the hard way that they are ignorant idiots investing way too much into a gambling title and should instead move on to other games instead of nickledime the Resident Evil title forever driven on a nostalgia that they also managed to kill off with their shitty games. Fans said what they want, the company failed to realize the simplest things and deliver it and for the last time being people now finally moved on. And for those ''I am a fan of the originals and like the remakes...'' no one gives a shit about opinions where facts rule the table and the world. Tell it to the original (normal) fans, around 10 millions+ to be exact who signed the petition (even double the numbers before petitions) and later moved on since crapcom didn't delivered what they promised and what was asked from a petition originally. Folks who build this company that made Capcom a possibility. With these games and the remakes is it's just saying ''fuck you all of you who built us''. Like my friends say it's like they have a suicidal and equally a bully complex, they just want to lie, torture fans, deliver garbage and drive the company into ashes but luckily they have other games that keep them afloat. You can nickledime certain number of people but worldwide their products are a failure and it's way too obvious why. The classics were insiring innovative later on they just milked the RE title with naive ignorant idiots till most of even them mentally grew up and realized where all this is going and gave up. Even an idiot now can see how fucked up all is and it's time to abandon the crapcom ship that already by now sunk.
@@P33b4Ugo5omwh3r3 well, now they are remaking RE4. They won't stop.
Without Mikami, RE is dead.
@@hasangenc2922 Dead pretty much for a long time now. Even when Mikami was around the whole company was a shitshow at one point, no wonder he left quite early on. Anyways about RE4R it's only a rumor, same was said for Code Veronica and later denied by crapcom themselves. Even if they started working on it at one point they stopped. RE4 been ported numerous times and with it, it sold a lot, there is no need for them to make an remake of it in any shape or form since it sells as it is. But then again it's cracpom after all logic isn't their number one friend and time will tell if they even really work on something like that or not even tho the result wont matter much in a big picture. So far any solid proof was that they work on RE8 with a new story and new characters nothing else. That was leaked by one dev. It makes sense so abandon the remake agenda at this point. The rest were clickbait rumors by certain individuals who have nothing to do with the company etc they just want a saucy news topic to milk upon. RE4R, CVR etc all just rumors without any solid proof. Come to think of I might be wrong about the work in progress of remakes, so far all I saw was pretty much clickbait and nothing official.
@@P33b4Ugo5omwh3r3 the remakes didn't flop, they sold well. Thats why they remake more titles. I would have hoped RE3 flopped, but it didn't, such a POS lazy feminist agenda game. Re2 Remake by Mikami, that would have been the shit.
