- I never imagine making peanut butter is both difficult and complicated, and takes so much patience!
Step 1
Prepare 2 catties 4 taels good peanuts. Pre-heat oven to 180C and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Put approximately 1 catty peanuts in one tray, roast separately for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Take out peanuts from oven to cool, remove seed coats while still warm, select good ones and those not burnt. Set aside.
Step 4
Divide peanuts into 300 gram per bag.
Step 5
Put in blender, use lowest speed to pulse and pause for 30 times, put them back in bag, blend the next bag.
Step 6
Slowly blend peanuts until powder, add 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons peanut oil, ¼ teaspoon salt in the center hole of blender, blend until smooth and creamy, no more chunks.
Step 7
Pour into glass container and cover the lid when it cools.
Step 8
Continue with the second bag and repeat the steps.

將的野調轉曬,其實做果醬同果汁都係揾的不完整同賣相差的下欄野黎整,賣相好就直接上架賣。又大粒又連牙都去掉其實最後撈埋曬米一樣,味道唔會有大分別,心理上可能會好的。正如樓下講,你用錯blender 黎搞nuts 緊係要續下搞,唔係容易燒機。不過你中意就OK啦。
一個溫馨提示,你一次整1-2公斤,兩個人日日食可能食個幾月,一來容易熱氣,二來花生(特別是攪拌榨油以後)會產生黃曲黴素(aflatoxin) 是致癌物質,自家製作存放不能太久(最好10天以内要食完)。金小姐有前科,注意。

🙃係呀!因為花生有油有黏性!要用類似石磨壓磨先方便!大制造廠全機造一家方便!不過會添加大量白糖及防腐劑!但係一定要記住自制花生醬唔可以存放太耐!放雪櫃一星期內要食哂!如果見有霉菌出現就唔好食啦!係有所謂「黃麴毒素」- 花生醬的致命宿敵:沙門氏菌與黃麴毒素

花生醬要自己打到出油,才叫“醬”,不然只能叫花生粉,而打花生醬是無需放任何油的,因為它本身就會出油的,可再加入10%一20%的熟白芝麻和少許煉乳一起打,會更香更順滑。

I did not think so. If u put in frig, the peanuts will become soggy
點解唔用food processor? D外國人都係用food processor. 幾分鐘攪掂. blender係用來blend 液體
冇錯,如果用food processor, 30分鐘就做完. 另外,喺焗爐焗花生每五分鐘就要反一反. 如果唔做, 就有20%花生會燶咗.

唉!你將簡單的事情復雜化,還用錯工具,不能用blender要用processor,一按鍵數分鐘後花生便會自動出油,變得非常幼滑,根本不用另外加油。
咁多功夫,就應該做買唔到的「混」醬:花生+芝麻+核桃+腰果;可以搽多士,又可以撈腸粉,撈涼麵。
唔係成日食買樽又唔貴,不如買好過啦!
而家好多小型攪拌機吾洗用甘大部容易攪好多,吾洗一下一下攪甘麻煩。

自己做的好處是吃得安全些,市面賣的太多問題了,甚麼反式脂肪酸,入得易,出就難!
好简单,把所要的油份量和糖先放入,慢慢加入花生,就可以,没有什么难度,轻而易举

I use vitamix to make all kinds of nut butter (one ingredient only, no addition oil needed) including black sesame butter. Super easy and smooth in a few minutes. Not necessary for all these ma fan steps. 🤣
