Man I've been watching the Yankees since I was 12 years old, and besides the 1998 Yankees where they won over 100 games that seasons have I never seen something special like this. They are clicking on all cylinders and they have areas where they can improve. Gosh, its a great time to be a Yankee fan.

Ditto. This is my 40th season watching them and I don't think they've been off to a start like this except the 1998 season.

I was at this game, im 22 (born in 96) started watching the yankees in 05. Always would watch all the old late 90's- early 2000's games.. The stadium was roaring and popping..from 2005 all the way until kinda last year before the playoffs. The stadium hadnt been the same. But this red sox series, these walk off wins. These home and away games. WOW. The feel is back. I was in the upper deck last night and Judge and Torres got the biggest cheers. Judge's homerun, Gardners triple. It went INSANE. Point is, finally real baseball is back.

Walker has been the Yankees hottest hitter. Andujar failed to move the runners over in the other past couple games. I was happy to see him play team ball and put the effort to hit grounder to right side to move runner over. TEAM WINNING BASEBALL right there. Gardner with the monster game and huge triple off great pitcher in Kimbrel. Judge being Judge..... There is no rest in this Yankees lineup.

Big mistake by the red Sox manager by bringing in kimbrel to get 5 outs to save, he never done that before, and it blew up in his face, how exciting to see Brett Gardner get a triple to knock in 2, then jugde hits a 2 run Homer, Ooooh yeeaaaahh! ALL RISE! Another great come back and Bombers are in first place.

He’s definitely a better hitter than he was the first few weeks, it was only a matter of time before he heated up

Danny Yankou That's because the first few weeks were basically his spring training.. He signed him late..

What was better about this, Gardy sticking it to Betts for playing him so shallow, or lighting up Kimbrel like a pinball machine?

TheSameDufus because your closer just gave up like 4 runs on 11 pitches

Ian 😄 My closer? Dude, I've been a Yanks fan since 1994. What I'm saying is from respect of the Red Sox. Takes many years to do so but when you do, you always give them damn Sox the benefit of the doubt. All I wanted was to at least win the 1st game of this 3 game series and that already happened. When I watched the entire game last night and my Yanks completely earned the 2nd win, I don't want to get my hopes up too much for this 3rd game because all we gotta do is win and we're up 2 games for 1st place.
